I was also concerned to notice what appear to be inaccuracies in the suggested gratuity calculations printed on the receipt. Based on the total shown, the percentages listed do not appear to align correctly. Regardless of whether this was intentional or a system error, it creates an uncomfortable impression for customers and is something I believe should be reviewed immediately.
