Four was great! We were there at a slow time and it was not busy - around 3:30. Great service and we will come back.

My husband ordered a drink from a male bartender and a rude, out of control girl brought it 15mins later and it was watered down and he was not happy with it. She literally challenged his dislike for the drink stating "that's what you ordered!" Her name is Kenzie and she continued to engage in a highly inappropriate verbal exchange with my husband and I. She first began with him and then refused to serve his food and literally shoved it at him. She said to him, "are you going to eat or are you leaving" as she served everyone else at the table except him. I had to get up and confront her with her outrageousness! She continued to escalate her crazy behavior towards paying customers!!! If she were my employee, I would fire her on the spot! Our experience at this restaurant was shocking and disgraceful! Kenzie wasn't even our waitress, so not sure why she was accosting us like she was. She even came over with a broom and was sweeping right near us while we were eating! Our actual waitress's name was Elsie, pleasant and efficient! There were four of us and we will never go into your restaurant again because of her. She is definitely disturbed and a detriment to your restaurant. We will spread the word!

I sat for fifteen minutes waiting to be served, when I was eventually waited on me and my two boys ordered wings. Couple next to us came in ten minutes after we did. Their food came out before us, going on 40minutes and no wings yet. Absolutely worst experience ever here. The waitress said she was tired and hated people. Well I think waiting now 50 minutes for wings is stupid.

First trip to Washy's Pub. Excellent service, great Stag Beer on draft and good burgers. Still in the rehabbing stage so rated low but once completed I'm thinking this place is going to rank up as a place where I go for a game, chilly Stag and fun times!

Love that new owners came to this pub! Menu is very similar to when it was Merz. They are still undergoing remodeling but already it's such an improvement! We checked out the AYCE fried chicken. The pic is of the first plate. They give you 3 pieces of either white, dark or mixed with 2 sides. Chicken was delicious and you can order as much more as you want. The fries were hot, crispy and tasty too. They sprinkle a little salt and pepper for nice spice. The staff was so friendly. And they DO NOT charge you to use a credit card. Instead they offer a 4% discount if you pay cash. We were there early and by the time we left at 6:30 the place was packed. I think the new owners are on their way to doing really well!! I would have loved to stay and watch the Blues tonight but we had other obligations. We will definitely be back!

Both feel like elevated, unexpected gems in a small town. I ordered the fried chicken dinner with the half chicken portion, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy and flavorful with perfectly crispy, crunchy skin. The service was excellent, and our waitstaff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The restrooms were also spotless and well maintained. It is clear that a lot of care goes into every aspect of the guest experience. My only minor criticism is the size of the drink glasses. Once ice is added, there is not much room left for the actual beverage. My parents found themselves needing refills more frequently than they typically would at other restaurants. It was not a major issue, but slightly larger glasses might make things more convenient for both guests and staff. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. The prices are very reasonable. When we asked about specialty coffee drinks, our server showed us an electronic tablet-- we had to pass it around to read our options. They were all very sweet concoctions named for desserts, and the ones my companions chose were indeed so pumped with syrup and flavors and sprinkles that the taste of coffee was nowhere to be found. Our food was just fine. The waffle was sweet and fluffy. The Berry Salad was exactly as described: iceberg, lettuce, berries, pecans. The berries were fresh; the chicken was heavily seasoned (mostly salty and saturated) and the poppyseed dressing was very sweet. The quiche had plenty of spinach in it but was rather rubbery (I know quiche can be tricky-- it has a really long cooking time so it can't be made to order, and rewarming does it no favors) and the potato soup was okay. Both the salad and the quiche/soup combo had a croissant on the side; they seemed similar to the ones purchased by the dozen at Costco. Mine seemed dry on the outside with a faint moldy taste in the bottom. The patio was very pleasant, and inside looked cozy. The staff did a great job of making everyone feel welcome and keeping our glasses refilled and such. There's a big parking lot adjacent, though many of the spots say they're reserved for a different business. I saw that high chairs are available. Gendered restrooms are inside. The place accepts cash and credit cards.

Disappointed overall but would give one more try for other menu items…read more I'll describe my food as ordered. *The lobster roll IS NOT A LOBSTER ROLL. They should clarify that it's the PAWZ version of lobster roll and add a description. It's looks like Ham salad on a bun. Completely pulverized meat specks mixed with who knows what. I very seriously doubt it has much lobster in it. I ordered to go and didn't feel like running back. Had I been dining in, I would have immediately sent it back. Presentation was a 0/10, flavor 2/10. The homemade slaw is bland, in large pieces and onion heavy. Also a 0/10. To add insult, this was an almost $20 sandwich. *The Fish Tacos, again, I am doubting what was served. The fish was more gray than flaky white, but they were far better than the lobster roll. Presentation was a 8/10. Flavor was a 6/10, because the fish wasn't super fresh, and certainly didn't appear to be flaky white mahi. The street corn was a 1/10 and served refrigerator cold and that in itself didn't fit the dish. *The chicken sandwich was good. The best of the 3. Presentation was a 5/10 because the put a sauced and sloppy lettuce & tomato on it. The heat of transport softened it all and it was a mess when you open the container. Toppings should be on the side. The flavor was a 10/10. The fries were just fries. All in all with a tip it was $56 and not great. The service was 10/10. The man taking orders & serving was very polite. The restaurant was clean, and their outdoor patio looked like it would be enjoyable. I think I'll stick to their land food and give one more try for a burger and maybe the beef street tacos. Solely because of the kind service & proximity to my house.
