The…read morestreet legal kit was wired in a unprofessional manner with exposed wires dangling in the wheel wells and they didn't even trim the zip ties. I called Rod and told him I wasn't happy with the quality of the install and he replied really are guys usually do a good job, no offer to fix it. Jump forward 2 months I bring it in for the turn signals going haywire when fording water. They had the nerve of charging me for the repair! Wait what you installed it a couple of months ago and I even bought your extended warranty. I have decided to upgrade to a new UTV and they lost the new sale due to a $200 repair bill. Note : their extended warranty is a in house warranty and you get no information on the warranty at all you have no idea what it covers and what it doesn't. I just got angry again writing this

It was made clear that this was a misunderstanding and that the tech was maybe a bit new. So, I'm back to a full endorsement for the follow up service and phone call. I'm more than impressed with the straight forward way this was addressed. I respect the leadership for their frankness. I will admit I haven't taken the bike there for the work yet because I'm still a bit wary of the incident and candidly am not sure I will ... but that should not detract from the direct, deliberate and honest way the team followed up. 5 stars for that aspect of it.

We utilized the rental on June 21, 2025 and it was an absolute blast! The unit that was previously allocated for the rental had been sold, and the staff graciously upgraded our unit to the next level of SxS up. We chose a trail side drop off option where they trailered the unit to and from the shop, which makes it super convenient. Definitely recommended. After signing waivers, getting fitted for helmets and goggles, and going over some general safety guidelines we had an amazing experience all provided by the MotorToys crew. I would totally recommend renting, getting service done by, and working with the crew at MotorToys in Cle Elum to anyone in the future! Top-notch all around and you are supporting a family run business
