It came back in perfect condition, spot removed, perfectly pressed, and hung on form-shaping hangers. Even the lapels of the suit jacket were perfectly rounded (a challenging task). They even attached a nice "Welcome" card thanking us for coming to Comptons. Having had good results with one suit, we took another, and the results were the same. Perfect. They have earned all of my future dry cleaning business! They are more expensive than the one we had used for several years but worth every penny! Note that their business hours are only Monday to Thursday, 7am to 6pm. Closed Friday-Sunday.

First bad experience I have experienced since moving to Tennessee 2 months ago. I had printed my labels and since the boxes were already in the car, they were big. I figured I could label them when I got there. Well of course the lady was very rude and was obviously upset that we weren't using her services and they were returned and refused to let us use the tape that was sitting right there to put our labels on. Luckily we had a tape dispenser in our car which we did put the labels on. Her whole demeanor and tone was very nerve-wracking and upsetting. We were going to eat in town but after this horrible experience I really don't even feel like going back. I pray that she can get rid of the Stony heart. Also, it looks like a nice shop and I am usually a big buyer. I would have loved to have bought one of the beautiful cutting boards that I saw there, but I swear I will never walk into that store again.
