While I understand being busy--and I'm comfortable with her pay-before-service model--I was surprised to be quoted $115 for a basic hem listed starting at $25. I declined and was instead charged an unlisted $25 pinning fee. When I shared I wouldn't return, the response was "it doesn't matter anyway," which confirmed my decision.
