This is my 4th review of Web ID Pro (all 5 stars). Just want to give a few quick words on Brook and his services. I run a national chain of fitness clubs, and Brook has been our graphic design and website developer for 6 years now. He was our guy when we started our first club in California, and he is still our guy now that we have locations across the country. Brook has done almost 100% of our branding, website, marketing collateral, etc from day 1. I genuinely do not know who we would have utilized if I wasn't lucky enough to have met Brook. Back in 2005 my father decided to retire and I took over his company. We suffered through the recession and finally in 2013 had to purchase a new truck. I had asked Brook to help me with a wrap design. He sat me down and talked to me about Marketing. My company was stuck in the 80's and so was our logo. He stated that a company's logo is the most important piece in a Marketing plan. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I am a technical guy not an artistic guy. So I asked him to come up with some logos. OMG!!!!! Within two hours, he came up with 20 different logos. I hated all of them and was ready to fire Brook. What a rip! But during my rant, my son who is 24 turns around and tells me that I'm also stuck in the 80's. Time to catch up to the times pops. That was the day I realized that I was old. So then, my son got involved with Brook. Brook designed and my son picked 5 logos. I took those logos and my clients were surveyed on which one they would like us to use. A week later, we had a winner. So we ran with it and got my truck wrapped. I hated it!!!! But everyone started telling me that I finally did it. "What a great logo!", they said. Not just one person, but every client for a week. I told them that I hated it. They called me a fool. I felt old again. So I started to look at it from a client's point of view, not my dad's point of view. I started to like it. OMG!!! was Brook right all along. Here's the deal - you really can't ask for a more thorough and professional experience than the one I had with Brook. He communicates well - he's incredibly creative - and he follows through. I have exactly the web page that I wanted and I get amazing feedback from clients and coworkers alike. It's super user-friendly and very easy to manage. But I think one of my favorite parts of working with Brook was how good he was about walking me through the process. I never felt like he took choices out of my hands or made it too complicated.
