The staff were nice but our windows continue to have condensation in the morning all year round even in summer time with zero visibility outside to look at our view. They replaced some but they still do the same. They keep saying it's normal for windows to have condensation like car windows which we never experienced even from our old windows. We talked to other window dealers and they said it's a lie that condensation is normal for new expensive windows. In the morning we can't see our outside view for hours until later when the sun melts the condensation especially during winter. It's a poor material even though it looks new. The refused to give another sets that does not have the same problem because they said we have to buy a new set and it's different color. We're stuck with this annoying problem for life and bad view unless we spend a lot again to replace it. I wish they would correct this.

They came in on the lower end of pricing (though not the lowest), but their work included more in the initial estimate. I recommend uploading your estimates to AI and asking for a side-by-side comparison, and ask what questions you should ask about their estimate, you will learn a lot. Bryan was thorough in his estimate, did not over-measure, and was fair about removing pricing from the quote when something did not need to happen. We had 2 layers of shingle on top of a layer of shake which made a mess of our open attic garage, but they protected everything and cleaned it all up as though nothing happened. The city where I live requires permits which they got and then passed the inspection. The whole process took 8 days (including 2 weekend days) which was longer than other companies had estimated, but we were glad to sacrifice that time in order to not have any issues, which we didn't. Just completed the "Spray Foam Roofing" on my flat roof. "Spray Foam" is the best product I have found to fix leaky roofs! I'm ready for my first rain! The roof is guaranteed against leaks for 10 years and they will come out and check the product is holding up as a courtesy a year or two later. The estimate is very detailed as to the process and when the staff found some additional rotted wood under the original roofing material, it was replaced without any extra charges. How often do you find that these days?! Mike Runyon is the project manager and his staff (Chico) were very professional, courteous, had great communication skills, and there was never a mess during or after the job.
