We researched local SD County roofers (from where we're at now - over 1500 miles away) and discovered Roof Masters. Chris L., our Project Manager inspected the roof and provided a VERY thorough analysis, complete with pictures and video. He then developed an estimate with several options. We opted for the 40 year workmanship warranty, and learned that the GAF shingles manufacture's warranty is good for 50 years. Roof Masters communication's and presentation was impressive and detailed. We were informed of what materials and methods would be involved in the process of reroofing our house, and kept advised of changes and milestones before, during and after the 4 day job. Brianna our case administrator made the electronic document, invoice and payment transactions simple, fast and efficient. Looking at the galleries of before and after photos, we are pleased and thankful for the complete roof work accomplished by Chris L. and his Foreman Mr. Santos. Our son was in the area and confirmed it was well executed.

I was especially impressed with how well they cleaned up at the end of each day, making sure the area was left free of debris and nails. I also want to give a special thank you to the project manager, Rigo. From the very first day he came out to provide the estimate, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He was extremely patient while I took the time to make such a big decision (I got 4 different estimates) and was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. Overall, I had a great experience with The Roof Masters and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Since scheduling happened so quickly, we did not have much time to choose a roofing color, and they took the extra time to personally drop off physical samples so we could see them in person before making a final decision. That level of customer service made the process feel much less stressful and more thoughtful. Overall, the project felt well coordinated and we're happy with how everything turned out.
