I am a patient and have re-established care and am undergoing treatment with Koh, I arrived at my scheduled appointment and that's when they informed me that they will no longer be seeing me due to staffing shortages. That is completely unacceptable. When a medical provider accepts a patient, establishes care and begins treatment with them they should not drop the patient based on their insurance. The most uncomfortable part of the experience was that there was no compassion by the front office, lady, especially after pleading with her that I am in pain even to drive to this location, her repeated responses were other providers offices that were significantly further, she wasn't even listening to my needs and pain levels as a patient. It's very sad that compassion in healthcare just doesn't exist anymore, we're all just a number with whose insurance pays the highest gets the service.

I explained my pain to Angelina and Theresa and they developed a wholistic plan that centered on not only removing my pain, but enhancing my performance to make my Whitney climb as painless and easy as possible. I have been to several therapy clinics over the years for various things (knee, elbow) and I can confidently say the service I have received here has outpaced the other facilities, and I have nothing negative to say about those PT clinics, this staff just goes above and beyond every single day. Theresa and Angelia are knowledgeable and that is obvious on your first interaction with them. But what sets them apart is the level of friendliness and caring they share day in and day out. They are examples of what healthcare workers should be. They treat the PERSON, not the ailment. In addition to the care I have received on the table, the administrative care I have received is also worth mentioning. Daniela has been so patient and kind with me. I work from home and as a result sometimes I have last minute meetings and scheduling shifts. She has always been accommodating and does her best to meet my scheduling needs. And a friendly face right when you walk in is never a bad thing! As my Mount Whitney hike draws closer, I feel more prepared and confident than I would be without their help. PT has been something I have looked forward to over the last few months. The entire staff is always warm, welcoming, and professional. Teresa, Connor, and Angelina were all great to work with throughout the process. Teresa was especially knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to what I was experiencing, while Connor and Angelina were always supportive, encouraging, and attentive during sessions. I always felt like the team genuinely cared about my recovery and progress. What I appreciated most was how personalized everything felt instead of being put through a generic routine. I've been recovering from a hamstring autograft ACL reconstruction (+ meniscus stitch), and Dr. Taylor Sillekens has employed the perfect balance of pushing me to progress quickly while demonstrating holistic care for both my knee and overall wellbeing. He puts a lot of thought into his programming, which is both challenging and creative- I believe I've left every session having tried a new exercise. My mobility and strength bounced back so quickly that I found myself stronger than I was prior to the injury within less than 6 months. Core Performance has a lovely staff team as well! The PT aids are quite attentive and consistently check on my form/correct me if I'm off. I've had an incredible experience with Cat Stephens (who has not only helped me through painful moments but also brings smiles to all the patients' faces), but have always felt well-attended by all of the aids. The staff is super welcoming, knows us by name when we walk in, and are very responsive with scheduling. Dr. Lin and Dr. Park Over the summer of 2025, I was…read moreassaulted. Among the injuries I sustained, the most significant were skull base fractures and fractures of my orbit, which led the emergency doctors to diagnose me with traumatic optic neuropathy. After consultations with maxillofacial specialists and ophthalmologists, I was told I was legally blind, 20/230, and that this was now my life. Devastated, I reached out to Dr. Lin who was highly referred by a longtime family friend. She felt he and his team should see me and offer other opinions. While Western medicine may refer to Dr. Lin as a "physical therapist," I don't think that language fully defines what he does. At our first meeting, he was gentle, attentive, and deeply aware of my condition. His method is difficult for me to fully articulate, but it was unlike anything the physicians I had seen before had provided. Dr. Lin created a treatment plan in collaboration with his in-house acupuncturist, Dr. Park, and the two of them treated me in concert. I visited them about once a month. Dr. Park performed acupuncture targeting specific hemispheres they agreed would be beneficial, while Dr. Lin used manual techniques, pressing, pulling, and adjusting different parts of my face and body. One moment stands out clearly in my memory. As Dr. Park had acupuncture needles placed in the points she selected, Dr. Lin pressed a section of my face under my eye with significant pressure. The instant he released, my nasal passage cleared dramatically. I had been so focused on my vision that I ignored other parts of my body that also needed attention. This is what impressed me most: their understanding of the interconnectedness of the human body, and the way each system affects the next. Even though I came in focused on a single issue, they recognized that other problems could be developing or stagnating and that treating one area would likely set off a domino effect. They addressed everything collectively rather than isolating one symptom. Dr. Park also gave me homework: changes to my diet, foods to avoid, preferred cooking methods, and even the temperature of liquids I should consume. Detailed instructions that had never been offered nor had I considered. Western medicine had only offered me chemical treatments or surgeries to remove or implant. Dr. Lin was one of the few who was relieved I had not had a surgery and was not taking medication. In my most desperate moment, when the reality of vision loss was fresh and overwhelming, they helped keep hope alive. I am happy to say that I have since improved to 20/40 vision. Slowly, every day I feel a little better. I am not claiming that Dr. Park and Dr. Lin performed miracles. What I do believe is that the treatment they provided stimulated something meaningful in my recovery. Maybe I would have healed to this extent without them, maybe not. But I wholeheartedly feel that their treatment encouraged my body to heal itself. I am four months removed from the incident, I have my vision back and I feel great. Recovery is not complete, but I am in a place now that my Ophthalmologist told me never to expect. Thank you to both Dr. Lin and Dr. Park. I could not be more grateful.

They set me up for six weeks for my physical therapy appointments twice a week. When I started going to ProSport first and second times they were pretty good when the time goes by they work with two to three people they would tell you do ten times for three sets and leave you and did on my own and they would go to the next patient and leave you on your own. They don't do one on one just to focus one person at time and sometimes I have to look for the physical therapist because I don't know what I have to do next. On my fourth week I got injured because Kevin made me push the heavyweight four times since then I feel the pain under my foot that I never feel before and then when I came back for my next appointment Kevin was 20 minutes late and I couldn't wait more than 20 minutes because I was running late for my next appointment so I took off and never come back.
