We had an issue with a 7 foot closet shelf that came crashing off the wall. The closet shelving had been installed by the builder and they used relatively lightweight drywall anchors to secure the shelves to the wall. None of the shelf supports were attached to wall studs which resulted in the failure. I called Nick and I'm extremely happy the job he did. Nick reattached the shelf using heavy weight hardware and toggle bolts and was able to attach some of the supports directly to the wall studs. There is no doubt that the shelf can now support the needed weight. He was also able to strengthen the supports on another shelf while he was here. Nick is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. His pricing was reasonable and his estimate was extremely accurate. I sent Nick pictures of the shelf and the damaged wall and he came equipped with the tools and equipment needed to fix it quickly and efficiently. Responsive, professional, personable and knowledgeable. Request: Remove two lower cabinets to install a new dishwasher and a smaller lower cabinet without damage to the existing countertops. Repair the gaping hole in the wall above left by a recent plumbing repair, and rehang the upper cabinet that had been removed. Nick provide a detailed estimate with a couple of options and a breakdown of the costs for each so I could make an informed decision. Once I confirmed, he and his helper got started within a few days and completed everything in one day. Shortly after he left the job, the dishwasher began to leak. I called and he returned immediately to investigate, but could not find any issues with the installation. Ultimately, it was confirmed that the issue was a manufacturer's defect and the company resolved the problem. I will absolutely hire Nick again for any home repairs, big or small. We had purchased a dining room table that was too large to fit up our stairway and called in Nick to disassemble the table to fit it into our unit and reassemble it in our dining room. Nick was very personable & professional and completed the job in less than an hour. We are very pleased with the result as the table is in our dining room and as good as new! A portion of house foundation needed new cement outer layer had signs of deterioration. Nick and his crew cleaned away any loose cement then put a fresh layer of cement on the outer surface of foundation. They were punctual, knowledgeable and left the grounds as it was prior to project.
