We recently had a cockroach infestation and I knew they hadn't been coming, probably since COVID. We work from home, live in a 24 hour guard-gated community in Irvine that doesn't let any vendors or guests in without calling the homeowners and checking people's drivers licenses. Finally called another pest control company to come out and that technician confirmed that the house has not been maintained. When I called customer service and told them I'm not paying their $140 bill they sent me, they still try to insist that they have been here. They say they will get back to me, and nothing for weeks. Then someone named Hassan calls today to see why I'm canceling and trying to keep us as customers. Unbelievable. They won't let you cancel without harassing you with calls and emails. Zero stars.

Then, when it was released from"hold", not at my request, I tried to cancel. You call and nobody answers. I email and then they call me and want to talk me out of it. What's the deal? Just cancel the subscription! Total rip off. Bordering on predatory business practices, to be honest. There are much better choices out there. And for the record I'm still battling with them to cancel the account. If they drag their feet any longer I'll be filing case with the Better Business Bureau.

Some spots were surprising to find since I never thought rodents could enter through such small sleek openings, so I was glad they found these areas and sealed them off too. After the job was done, he came back a couple weeks later to check on things and made the assessment that everything looked good. Since that checkup the house has been quiet and there have been no signs of rats/rodents, thank God. *One minor issue I did have; they left their trimmings of wire mesh, some wood, and drops of cement within the areas they worked on...something I cleaned up afterward. Wire mesh can prick you so I was a little annoyed about that. Overall though he was professional, timely, and answered all my questions. And I do have peace of mind knowing I can call them anytime if any issues come up, as their work is covered for up to a year.

I was disappointed that there was no clear acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation or meaningful apology at the time of the call. I later received a text message stating that Chase Bank was responsible for a duplicate processing error. While the issue was reportedly corrected, I find it difficult to believe that a major bank would make this type of mistake without some triggering action or error elsewhere in the process. Regardless of the cause, the overall handling of the situation left me very uncomfortable and caused significant stress and concern regarding my finances. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the company.
