Will was the best instructor! Not only did he help us with great choreography, he imbued us with the confidence to improvise if things went off track. This came in handy when our wedding band played the wrong verse of the song Will had choreographed. Will quickly assessed our skill level and worked with us on a tight timeline to come up with choreography that was fun (for us and our guests) and manageable. 10/10. Highly recommend we evolve dance! read more

Will is very professional and created the choreography for us the first time he heard the song. All of our family and friends are moved and very impressed with our first dance. We learned so much in just five classes with all his instructions and suggestions! read more

We Evolve Dance - Our first dance - Dance Studios Near Me

I'm gonna start by simply thanking you Will Orrock for such an incredible experience you gave my wife and I. We joined your class to learn our first dance for our wedding with literally no experience in dancing (except for jumping up and down). We came into your class with a idea that seemed impossible, but you really made it possible. We wanted to put on a show for our friends and family. But didn't even know where to begin. So we took a chance and went completely out of our comfort zone and joined a class with you. Please believe me when I say it was the best thing we could have done. Since day one you were nothing but professional with your teaching but also made us feel like family. You took what little experience we had and completely created a beautifully choreographed dance for us within minutes of us just getting started. You never once made us feel like we couldn't do it. For us, being there was challenging but sooo rewarding seeing the big improvements we would make every week. We will never forget the experience we had with you, it really helped us grow as a couple and made us work together. It wasn't always easy but we kept on trying...... and with that being said, by the time we got through the 8 classes leading up to wedding we were beyond ready, eager, and proud to show our family what we have been practicing for so many months! The result was totally worth it! We were so happy hearing our family cheer for us and seeing them smile while we danced. thank you again. P.S. I started your class at 6'5 pushing 320lbs And finished at 276, you promised you would make me work and I did! With all that being said, if you are looking for a very knowledgeable dance teacher who will help you look and feel amazing while dancing a unique choreography... Will Orrock is the way to go. read more

My husband and I asked Will to choreograph our first dance for our wedding. Throughout our 5 lessons, Will was super attentive to our song, personalities, and dance styles. What can I say about William? He's just awesome! We came to him after we procrastinated for weeks after the wedding fair where we met him. We wanted to learn a first dance for our reception just one week b4 the reception!!!! Why not? We planned a whole reception in just 6 weeks!!! In just 1 class, he created choreography for an Arabic song that he never heard before and got us on track. Actually we changed the song at the 2nd class!!!! By the 3rd and last class, one day before the reception, we had it down!!!! We did the 1st dance in the reception and it was beautiful :) William was easy to work with. He was very accommodating to our hectic schedule and he was clever in making it work for our dance styles in such a short time. Pricing was very reasonable. After it was all done, it was pleasure working with him. The 1st dance along with everything else made our wedding reception very special. Thank you William! read more

Will was an absolute pleasure to work with! We had our routine down within the first two or three sessions. My wife and I are NOT dancers and were nervous and intimidated at the beginning. Will was kind, encouraging, highly professional, and extremely patient. 10/10 would recommend. read more

My son was interested in taking some private dance lessons in the contemporary style over his winter break to help with his Drum Corps visual auditions to focus on quality of motion. I looked around and Wil at We Evolve Dance was quick to respond to my request for information. My son took multiple lessons his break. Wil taught him a routine and they worked on multiple areas that my son requested. Wil has an extremely positive view with great advice on auditions and confidence. He taught many elements of dance from hip awareness to how to get loose and be comfortable with yourself during a performance. I Highly recommend Wil for any dance or audition preparation, or if you just want to learn how to dance! read more

When we showed up for our first class my wife and I didn't dance at all. Will is a great instructor and he is able to break down moves and make it easy to understand! By our last class we had a newfound confidence in our ability to dance and we enjoyed it so much that we are planning on taking more lessons in the future! Thank you Will! read more

We had a wonderful and extremely fun experience developing the choreography for our first dance for our wedding with We Evolve Dance! We were super nervous about this part of the reception and asked around for recommended choreographers. We Evolve Dance was highly recommended. We are not dancers but William made us feel very comfortable and developed choreography that we were able to easily follow and really worked with the music we chose. We are sad our lessons ended as we really looked forward to them! 10 out of 10 read more

Will is a nice dancing teacher! Amazing experience full of fun. Don't hesitate to join

Firstly, Will is an incredible instructor. He took two people with no dance skills and zero time and taught us a beautiful dance -it was so much fun learning from him. He is such an interesting person and a fantastic teacher. We did not think we were capable of doing lifts, but the lifts he taught us look incredible in the videos and photos. He gave us a wedding dance that we love watching over and over again. Many of our wedding guests said the dance was their favorite part and made them cry. We can't recommend him enough! read more

We got married on 5/21/22 in France and took 1 single class with William just a few days before our trip. We had learned a first dance by ourselves with Youtube videos but the result wasn't that great in our opinion and we were feeling like we needed some serious help to make our dance look good. In just one lesson, William helped us correct bad habits we had taken, helped us replace some dance moves that we were not comfortable with, taught us how to occupy the dance floor better and helped us make our dance look a lot more smooth and more elegant. He helped my husband understand how to guide me, and taught me how to let it go and follow, which resolved a lot of our dancing issues and made the whole dance more enjoyable for the 2 of us. On the day of our wedding, with the stress, we made a mistake in the first few seconds of our dance and my husband was able to bounce back and get us back on track. I am 100% sure that we would have been confused and out of sync for the whole dance because of that mistake, had we not had that 1 lesson with William the week before. William also helped us prepare an entrance to introduce our dance and an elegant end after the dance. We didn't know we needed that but are so grateful that he recommended it! William never criticized how we were dancing but he was able to build on our abilities really fast to perfect our dance with the little time we had. It was a fantastic experience and my only regret is that we didn't come to him sooner! read more

My wife and I had less than 2 weeks left before our wedding and we both never have danced in our lives. Not only that, we haven't even picked out a song for our first dance. We ended up taking a 2-hour lesson from William, and he was very patient with us from the beginning to the end. Most importantly, he made us feel confident. We enjoyed it so much that I brought my mom for mother-son dance, and she enjoyed it very much as well. read more

William is a professional dancer and working hard to teach. Love the choreography and the music he used. He is kind and cheerful.

Will is a professional ballroom dancer and has a great feel for the music, dance choreography, and is immaculately knowledgeable about weddings. Highly recommend him for wedding choreographies and dance lessons in general. read more

Will choreographed our Mother-Son dance and it was perfect. Not too complicated, but with enough flare to get some oohs and ahh's. It was a very special moment for us and the practice lesson times added some fun bonding time before the big day! Can't thank him enough for taking a slow song and bringing in some cool moves. read more

Will (William Orrock) is the most amazing dance instructor and simply rocks as a human being!! Learning to dance or becoming a better dancer, like most life activity, demands dedication, time, and experience. More importantly, as in sports and academics, the quality of coaching and instruction is critical. Will is the "best of the best" as a dance instructor and also as an inspirational coach! This combination of talent is unusual and to be appreciated. I've danced for fifteen years and am constantly trying it improve. I have had quite a few dance teachers and instructors along the way. I hired William to give a dance class mixing two cultures. American dances and south American dances. It was my son's Mehndi party. a very festive fun event. My fiancé and I wanted to get some professional dance lessons for our first dance at our wedding, and we couldn't be happier that Will came to our rescue. We have no dance background and Will made the experience very fun and comfortable. We chose the 7-class package and it was well worth it. With only 4 weeks away from our big day, Will guided us to dancing a wedding rumba and it has been a well-worth journey. Will is patient, flexible to catering our speed, and critiques us as needed for improvements. I highly recommend Will to choreograph your first dance . read more

My wife and I have now taken several salsa lessons with Will. He is a very experienced dancer and was able to tailor the classes to us (we are new to dance) while making them fun and educational. I do not claim to be a good dancer and Will was very patient with me which helped me learn quicker. Regardless of skill level, I would highly recommend signing up for dance classes with Will if you want to learn something new or improve your skills while having a great time! read more

After researching through several potential wedding dance instructors, we chose to go with William at We Evolve Dance and we couldn't be more grateful that we did! Every dance lesson we had with him was so enjoyable. He took into account details such as the wedding dress style, dance floor layout, heels, and hairstyle to ensure that the choreograph accommodated them. William is so skilled in this realm and he was able to whip up an amazing choreograph after listening to the songs we wanted just a couple times. My husband and I were stunned! All our guests at our wedding were impressed with the dance and some of our friends still are telling us that they are thinking about our First Dance, because it was so good. William has a great sense of humor and we're so grateful for his patience and effective instruction every class. We also especially appreciated how much William appreciates and values marriage -- that it's a very big moment for the groom and bride to celebrate. His attitude in approaching the dynamics of the dance are centered around this appreciation for marriage and it made the dance all the more meaningful. We highly recommend William and you'll be sure to have a fantastic time! read more

We are so happy that we chose William to choreograph our first dance! He's flexible with his schedule unlike some dancing studios which is a big plus since before our wedding we had such a busy schedule. He honestly has such an amazing personality by making it fun but also being able to give us tips on how to succeed and have a great performance. You can see that he's proud in line of of work because he's so dedicated and passionate, which you can see as he teaches you and you can see it within the choreography. He has a expert thought process in choosing what type of dance moves to do based on the venue, where it'll be performed and the type of wedding dress. Our first dance on our wedding day was incredible and definitely made our family emotional. It was romantic and everything that we dreamed of. Thank you so much William !!! read more
