No call, no show so far. We are moving out of state with two young children; booked weeks in advance and confirmed twice with Kevin in the past couple of weeks that he would be here at 9am this Friday morning. We have called him three times and he is not responding. We are totally hosed and this guy doesn't seem to care. We called We Do Anything to help us pick up a washer and dryer from Costco and deliver locally in Bozeman. First of all Kevin forgot our appointment, I called him when we were on our way to Costco and he was on another job. He did show up but good thing I called him. He showed up in a small van knowing he had to pick up a washer and dryer but after a lot of shoving, Kevin and another guy finally got it in the van. Once at the house they began unwrapping the brand new washer and dryer. On the washer there were 4 bolts that needed to be removed from packaging. They began turning the washer on all sides and eventually pulled out long spring loaded rods that seemed to hold the washer tub in place. I asked them about it because it sure didn't look like packing material to me! They kept telling me and my husband, "don't worry, we know what we're doing". After removing two of the rods they couldn't get the last two out after a LOT of force pulling and pushing our brand new washer all around. Finally they realized that the rods were not actually packing material but were part of the washing machine and they put them back .No apology or anything, and the younger guy was downright rude to us for even questioning their professionalism! On top of everything, their dog was running around loose and got into the house with wet and muddy paws. Absolutely a horrible experience that cost us $150. We haven't tried the washer yet but just hoping it still works! Never again! read more

This company left us high and dry! They were a no call, no show for our loading day! I called and spoke to Kevin on May 19, 2021 and booked help loading a large moving truck on June 3rd for our out-of-state move. Kevin said they could send two guys at 9 or 10 in the morning (whenever we had the truck ready). I told him we would call as soon as we had picked up the truck and were ready to load. He sounded like he was on his lunch break and was having trouble taking notes while eating. He asked me to email or text him the address. I confirmed the day and time over the phone and then followed up that same day with a text message that included our names, our address, and the day and time agreed upon. He responded to that text with a message saying, "Sounds good". The day before our move I called to confirm once again that we were expecting two movers the following day, but my call went through to voicemail. I texted and I called four more times that day and my husband and father-in-law also called, but we never got through. I left messages. The next day I sent a text message when our truck was ready (their voicemail inbox was now full). Then I frantically started calling friends for help. A friend recommended I call Cooper with Bobcat Student Movers. Thank God for Cooper and Ross and Hase from Bobcat Student Movers! They saved us thousands of dollars and an extra trip to Missouri! They showed up within 2 hours and basically saved our butts! I received a call back from Kevin on June 7th ( 4 full days after our loading day!!! ). At this point we had already completed the 3-day drive to our new home. He left a message saying that he didn't have our address, so please call him back... read more

Had a real unfortunate situation of a tenant passing away and their next of kin leaving everything to us. Called these guys and they were able to come same day. Helped us clear up so much stuff in a couple hours. read more

Well, looks like myself along with the others were totally blown off by Dave. Said he could do the job time and again, so we waited all week for a confirmation I called, I texted several times to confirm... crickets. Now watch, he'll hop on here and call me names, say I'm lying, call me a keyboard warrior etc because I'm writing the truth and he cant accept it. What a sore loser. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his crew! They worked so hard to make my life easier when I was cleaning out an estate and getting the property ready to sell. They found ways to get things done that I never would have thought of and went above and beyond to help. The crew interacted with so much mutual respect and willingness to go the extra distance. I moved to Bozeman in 2001 , We Do Anything built my loft bed in the dorms. Since then they helped me out with moving a few times since and also with odd jobs relating to real estate. Most recently I needed a huge pile of timbers and barn wood hauled to a mill. My husband called them in the morning and the job was done by the end of the day. Literally, they do anything. And Dave the owner is a great guy. I'm always happy with the work they do and enjoy doing business with them. read more

These guys charged me $100 to move a fridge from one garage to another 4 blocks from one location to another. Literally, took less than 20 minutes. No equipment was needed. The fridge rolled on to the truck and right off. No stairs or installation requested. Originally was going to charge me $150, but when I appeared shocked he called the owner who then asked if I was single and agreed to only charge me $100 for being single. Offended on so many levels. read more

Hired 'We Do Anything' to move a 10x20 storage unit from Bozeman to Livingston wanting professionals to get it done quick and well. Quoted at $100/ hour and I had to rent a UHaul for the move. 2-guys showed up late and started complaining about moving things right from the get go. Then they disappeared for a half-hour (which they charged me for). Once we got to my new place in Livingston, it got even worse. Dave the owner threatened to charge extra for 1) going down six steps 2) moving a filing cabinet 3) moving a bed and bed frame. I ended up doing most of the work and paid $350 for really next to nothing. Completely unprofessional and hands down the worst moving experience I have ever had in my 68 years. If I was a little younger I would have refused to pay and was so frustrated with them probably would have punched him in the nose. "We Do Anything": including overcharging, complaining, claiming to be a moving company, questioning our own competency, and taking advantage of retired people. read more

These guys have a reputation for booking jobs and then not showing up and not answering phone calls from their clients. I do not recommend this company at all, very unprofessional and they leave their unsuspecting clients in binds consistently. Shame on you. read more

I was quoted a price that was entirely different from what I was charged after the move had been done. Only 2 guys were needed for the job but the owner sent 3 and charged me $150 an hour that they started making from the time they got in their vehicle, it was an additional $100 for the truck. The owner tried to charge me 1 hour travel time each direction from Bozeman to Manhattan which only takes 25 minutes. The guys doing the work were very friendly and polite and I'm sure they are compensated only a very small portion of what was charged. I called and left a message with the owner trying to rectify the situation after I was clearly gouged and he never returned my call. I wouldn't recommend this company or mover to anyone unless you feel like paying way more than the work done was worth! read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I left a voice mail and they called me the next morning to set up a time to send over 3 men. Everyone worked well tougher and set up my air hockey table efficiently. Several years ago, I donated my Grandmothers Player Piano to a museum and they were the ones hired. The were careless, rough and rude ,in-spite of me standing there, telling them they can't yank on it like they were. I showed them the fragile parts, but they didn't care. They acted like they were doing me a favor. When they left, I had to leave as well, while following behind them, they made a sudden U-turn in the middle of valley center and just about dumped my grandmothers piano over the side of the trailer. They did not care that this was a very sentimental piece of my history, nor did they recognize that I was standing there almost in tears when they spoke to me. You can pretty much see how the owner will talk to you, based on the responses to the reviews people have left. I thought it was an Isolated incident, but now see that it is standard operating procedure. I can almost guarantee the response I get from him will be rude and unapologetic. read more
