When I originally scheduled, I was under the impression I would be getting a thorough clean of my windows, including the tracks and screens. Mike knew this was a post construction job, so it needed a more thorough clean up. Upon arrival, Mike told me they for sure will do the screens, but did not have time to do the tracks and to let him know that I wanted that next time. I thought I had made that clear when scheduling a post construction clean up. Anyway, he assured me the screens would be cleaned, but after he had left, I was disappointed to find the screens had been put back full of dust and dirt. When I contacted Mike about this, all he had to say was he would try harder next time. He didn't even apologize or offer to make it right. This was an expensive service to have done, to have to go back and do part of the job myself. Mike still has not offered to do anything to make right.
