The best service I got from them was the the first time , after then , they were late every time when I called for the service . Until the service I I got 2 days ago, the quality was the worst I got from them . The spots on my carpet remains after the cleaning . They said they would use special solution to remove the pet stains , but, the stains still there , even the smells been reduced , but it's still smell s little . I got my carpet cleaned by WE CLEAN CARPET last year around September. I was not satisfied with the cleaning at all. They sent someone back out to clean the carpet again which I still wasn't completely satisfied but still paid them for the service without a argument. So here it is months later I receive a call from WE CLEAN CARPET asking if they can come back out to clean my carpet for a discounted price which would be $59.99 or $69.99. I expressed to the lady from WE CLEAN CARPET that I was not completely satisfied the first time they came out to clean my carpet so I declined the offer. She reassured that the cleaning will be up to my expectations to PLEASE give them another chance, so I gave it a shot (knowing I should of stuck with my decline). The day of I get a call from dispatch confirming the cleaning. I explained my concern to him of me not being satisfied the first time. He then also reassured to take his word that it will be up to my expectations. The guy finish the cleaning (which by the way he was extremely nice) and stated the total being $109.50. I explained how the price had to be a mix up because I was quoted a different price of $59.99. He gave me the number to dispatch to straighten things out. I called dispatch and his exact words. " Hey we don't have a plan for $59.99 we need our payment of $109.50. I listened to the call and the service lady NEVER quoted you a price. I asked if I can listen to the call and he said there is no need for me to hear it because he know what he heard over the recorded line. At this point I was heated for calling me a complete liar, and being treated like I was not the customer. I didn't call this company to clean my carpet. They reached out to me and ask if they can come out and re- clean my carpet at a discounted price. He arrived an hour late and spent less than 45 minutes cleaning the two rooms. I spent more time after he left cleaning up the water all over my kitchen floor and hallway floor. There were parts of the carpet that were left untouched and he completely omitted cleaning the carpet in the closet area. They came out to clean our carpets and after their first cleaning it smelled like mildew and cat litter. We called them explaining how the outcome was and they came back try and fix it. Unfortunately, it did not work so they sent someone else the next day and when the technician came out again he could even barely enter the home as it smelled so bad. While the technician was here he was trying to get in touch with his manager. His manager said he could not talk over phone only text, and the technician didn't even know his managers name. After he was done with trying to fix the carpets we tried contacting the manager together and he never responded. Once again, it did not work and we were left with a terrible smell in our home. My son and I are allergic to mildew, so the smell affects us in a terrible way. I left 4 messages in two days to see about a refund or a solution to this horrible smell in our home. Finally after trying I finally reach someone who answers and he tells me never to call them again then calls me a psycho which followed up with hanging up on me. Every message I left was just asking for a call back. I never name called in my messages, I was just asking for a call back, so the managers response was unprofessional! They overcharged my credit card! I have not been able to get a hold of them since. Also, why does it cost an extra $40 dollars to disinfect and put a sealant on the sofa?! Shouldn't that be included? At least put that on the website as an extra service instead of trying to deceive people into thinking they're getting a great deal! He told me he wouldn't charge me $20 for a 3x3 ottoman if I spent the extra money on disinfectant and sealant and STILL charged me for cleaning the ridiculously small ottoman. Don't use this company. I didn't do enough due diligence before hiring them and I hope this review will help others avoid the same mistake. One guy showed up on time in an unmarked family minivan. A huge cloud of smoke billowed out of the minivan as he got out. I thought I was watching a Cheech & Chong movie. As soon as I started talking about what furniture needed to be moved, he said he would have to call in for support. He then told me they were sending another team. Two (nice) guys showed up promptly in an unmarked van with cleaning equipment inside. Very quick job. Almost no furniture was moved. Area rugs weren't moved. Wooden furniture was left sitting on wet white carpet - no protective blocks! Numerous stains not removed and dirt along the baseboards was not addressed. I've waited until I settled a credit card dispute with We Clean Carpet to post my review. Let me just say I should have read the Yelp reviews before using this company. I called them based on a referral from a friend who happened to have a fine experience. But let me tell you that my experience was more like the majority of the reviewers here. This company is a FRAUD. They ruined my rug, refused to remedy the issue and refused to return phone calls, texts, emails and messages via their contact form on the website. They oversoaked the rug and claimed that it would eventually dry out. I left it on my back patio for weeks and it never dried out and smelled of mildew. After many phone calls they simply ignored me. I never got a copy of any kind of receipt after asking for it over and over. The rep who came to clean my carpet was rude and told me he wouldn't overcharge me if I "tipped him well." I finally won the credit card dispute just today (almost 3 months later) and plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau so that more customers are not put in the same business as myself and many others. Please read your reviews it is so important! I am a Marketing Director and I should have known better. I also told my friend who referred me. She is a realtor and plans to never use them again. It is amazing what word of mouth can do. I would encourage you if you have had a bad experience with this company to report it to the BBB so that this stops happening and this company is stopped. I had a rug cleaned from a coffee spill. I explained this on the initial call. They assured me they could get it out. The stain is still there after two attempts. I was told it would be $29 and guaranteed. It was $100.00, two trips and I have a stained carpet that is rough to the touch, with what looks like vacuum marks, that will not go away. He told my wife it was traffic (on Saturday), and told me it was due to the previously cleaned carpet being dirtier than expected. The price was 89.99 + tax (8.25%) so it should have been $97.42 (rounding up). They billed me $102 and change, not the $97.42. (Guess his show interest up an hour late was deserving of a Tip for Mr undependable) They tried to sell me a $10 treatment, which he said "Guarantee against stains resurfacing " but if you read the Terms and Conditions, their guarantee is only for "24 Hours". At 2:46 I called as no one had arrived and the representative noted he'd call and see where they were, at a little after 3 I called back and he noted he had called and text with no response but he was still trying and request 5 more minutes- which I accommodate. It's hard to remember how good of a job this company did because they cleaned my carpet THREE YEARS AGO....yet, they continue to call me CONSTANTLY, despite advising them on multiple occasions, that I now live in Washington, D.C. and surely, they could not come to clean my carpet 1300 miles away. Even after blocking more than one of the incoming phone #'s used to make their marketing calls, the company continues to call me at least TWICE A WEEK, from a multitude of different numbers. My guess is that they probably use a system that auto-generates the appearance of a new phone # to mask the company name/phone #, which helps them continue to "market" to former customers who got tired of the weekly calls and have blocked one or more of their many phone #'s. Clearly, I do not want to be contacted nor could they offer me any services if I wanted them. It's ridiculous. I'd say not to use them on the sole basis of this lack of good customer service, harassing past customers, but in the time it took to write this, I now recall that after their cleaning of my townhome in Addison, TX, I was still required to pay the landlord for entirely new carpet out of my security deposit. $167 was the quote online when I told them the house is 1850 sq ft on each floor. The house The lower level only has 1/2 the carpet coverage but they increased the base price by $80. And the needed chemicals to really clean the carpet would be an additional $300 so $600 total but it would be all very well cleaned, said the cleaner who smoked in my garage. 3 hours later the none of the stains in the house were cleaned. The floor was still filthy.Not a single room as free of stains. $3600 to replace the now even more filthy carpet. The tech complained about the crappy company yet told me his sob story about having 5 kids. I said the floor was filthy, he hadn't even vacuumed up the floor to start despite telling me he would do so initially, I told him I did not approve the work, he said I wouldn't be charged but begged that I give him money for his time. I was extremely disappointed in this company. I found them online and called to make an appointment. The customer service representative I spoke with was so friendly and answered all my questions. However I did not book at the time an and asked her to call back. She followed up with me as requested and I was very pleased so I scheduled my appointment. She informed me that my technician would arrive promptly at 3:00pm. Day of my appointment comes around and I receive a call about an hour and half prior to my appointment just to confirm. The customer service rep stated that the technician would arrive promptly at 3:00pm. At 3:05 the technician had not arrived so I called in just to make sure he had not gotten lost. The cs rep said I will give him a call and give you a call right back. 3:15 rolls around and I have not heard back from the cs rep or technician. So I call the cs rep and it goes to voicemail. Then the technician calls to inform me that he would not be there until 4:30. I was floored especially with how on it they were in the initial process. I inquired how he did not realize he was going to be an hour and half late and he explained to me that it was an error on the scheduler and that I would need to call that number back. Well needless to say I canceled the appointment altogether and expressed that this was unacceptable. I may have been willing to work with them had they kept me abreast to the situation, but to not at least give the customer an update is simply bad business. This has been the worse service ever. First things first. They were an hour and forty minutes late. They do not hook up the water source in their van, they use your water from your kitchen sink. So your paying them and paying the extra for the running water. The machine is horribly loud. Had my carpet cleaned throughout the house and Arron did a great job. The appointment was at 1 and he called to say he could come earlier if that was ok with me. Our den carpet was very dirty and now it looks like new. The living room pass through was also pretty dirty and now you don't see the dirty path. I would use this company again! $49 for the first room and $20 for each additional room. No hidden fees. Scotch gard is $20/room. Had the den and livingroom scotchgarded too. Horrible. I was selling a house and kept the carpet cleaning for last...what a mistake. The carpet was filthy when they left. So much water was in the carpet the entire house smelled like dirty (very dirty) socks for over a week. This after a complete repainting and cleaning. Paid the additional money for stain removal and stains weren't removed. I was able to get them out myself with a little effort and OxyClean. Phoned them over a dozen times and never got a call back.
