I requested a regular Carpet Cleaning for my living room, dining room and hallway. They had a cleaning carpet special for three rooms for $89.50. The carpet guy got here. He walked around with a light pointing at the carpet He started telling me if there was urine stains and that he had a pre-treat to break up the enzymes and a deep cleaning would be required and to do the deep cleaning the price went up to almost $300. I proceeded to tell him that I could not afford it that all I wanted was a basic cleaning of my carpet he said that he could not do that without spraying the chemical for the urine stains and using a deep carpet chemical cleaning would be needed. I insisted that I cannot afford that that all I wanted was a basic carpet cleaned and he said they didn't have That type of service. I told him that he was way out of my budget. Needless to say he was here for a total of 15 minutes and my carpet does not even look clean. So I'm not sure what he did This company needs to explain what the process is and mislead people that they Clean Carpet for $89.50 for 3 rooms when in reality it's almost $300. Spent about 20 minutes cleaning the carpet and then didn't do one of the rooms at all not to say the equipment steam shampooing Machinery was extremely dirty. the carpet started off a light cream color now it's dingy beige. You need to run if you plan to use this company if they don't have the guys to clean equipment and honest about the services they're doing. I had the carpet clean twice from this company the first time the gentleman did a great job. They sent someone new and I asked for the original guy to clean the carpet and he come with some crap about the other guy did a poor job he going to do better. If zero stars was an option!!! I am one who leaves positive reviews when I've experienced exceptional service. I also don't leave bad reviews unless the experience is appalling and such that I wouldn't want anyone to go through similar. Original price quoted was $100 for 4 area rugs. One inside and 3 others I had moved to the driveway. One of the three outside was questionable whether it would come clean, but the other two had minimal visible issues or stains. For such a cheap price it seemed a no brainer to have them "professionally" cleaned. Tech arrived @ 9:15am advised needing enzyme treatment, deep cleaning, etc, etc., etc. This seemed reasonable based on the explanations and the price increased to $300. Agreed to this and he started spraying all 4 rugs with all the chemical treatments. After 10 minutes he started with the interior rug. He spent quite a bit of time on this rug. 45m to an hour. Then set up his equipment outside. I needed to run an errand and asked the technician how long for the 3 rugs. I was willing to wait depending on the duration, but he said "at least an hour if not more". My errand was literally up the street and was back within the hour and he was long gone. Carpets barely wet, and all 3 looked massively worse than before he started. I took pictures and contacted the company immediately. Forced to leave a message. After no call back, I called again and left another message. The Service Manager finally called me back on Saturday morning at 8:15, apologized and said he would be here within the hour. I waited until about 9:30, called and again left a message asking for an ETA. About 10:15 called again to leave a message asking if he was coming at all and I had things to do. I then received a text from the company stating they had an appointment from 11-1 and to call to dispatch a technician. The number in the text to call is the EXACT number I've been calling and guess what, no answer and left another message. I said dispatch someone to my address. Nobody showed up. At this point I'm fed up so my wife and I go to Home Depot to purchase a commercial squeegee and planned on attempting to power wash Sunday morning before the heat rose to 100 degrees to hopefully salvage at least one of these expensive rugs. Spending 5 hours in the blistering heat, power washing and rinsing and using the squeegee we saw massive progress. All the rugs were completely ridden with soap and chemicals. There is absolutely no way any time at all was spent "deep cleaning" these rugs nor even the commercial suction cleaner was run over one time. There was so much soap, the power washer wasn't dispensing enough water so we just drenched them with the full hose water and continued to squeegee out all the filth and soap. We were able to see 2 of the rugs thank goodness were returning to how they should have been cleaned to begin with. The one we were not sure would come clean actually turned out nice as well. First thing Monday morning I get a call from the Service Manager asking what he can do. I said short of a full refund, nothing. He said he would be right out and I informed him there was no point as the rugs are clean now due to our hard work. He insisted they had a process and I informed him again I gave him the opportunity on Friday and all day Saturday to rectify this situation. He then began to accuse me of not calling to dispatch and conveniently forgot he said he'd be here within the hour on Saturday. I then used some choice words and said DO NOT SEND anyone to my house, refund my money or I will go through the bank to resolve this. My wife also contacted and spoke to him and he ridiculed her on the phone by mimicking a whiny customer saying "My rug isn't clean" and this isn't how society should work. At this point my wife had had enough and informed him NOT to send anyone to the house. Not 30 minutes later, I received a call from the actual technician who did the work on Friday and him asking me "what happened" and that he was on his way over. I said I have photos from when I got home, nothing happened is the problem and to not return to the house as there is NOTHING to see or do. 30 minutes after this call I received another call from a different technician stating he was on his way over. Again, I informed him not to come and to tell the service manager nobody from their company should show up to my house and to stop bothering me. If you read the reviews clearly from here and Google you will see a trend. On Google, you can tell they've offered discounts for positive reviews. Majority of the positive reviews specify the technician's name and his van number with a response from the owners thanking them for their feedback. I have no idea the technicians name as I wasn't provided a card or anything let alone his truck number. Beware of this company. I can't speak to anything other than area rug cleaning, but based on experience, I would steer clear from having anything cleaned by them. read more

I do not reccomend anyone use this carpet cleaning service. They offer a quote online and then upsell double the amount afterwards. The equipment is outdated and water used is not fresh. They offer enzyme product that isn't effective to remove light stains. The carpet freshener is not noticeable after carpet has been used during the cleaning process. Do Not Use would be my recommendation. They were schedule to come three times and on the third time they flaked on showing up. 1st appt. We had them do a playroom(dog accident), 2 bedrooms, and a living room rug. The first room had a coffee stain. The technician said the stain came up. After a few hours the spot was hard and stiff and was still very much there. The area rug still had a smell to it. The play room- we had them enzyme the floor where the dog accident was. The technician even said that he still felt like he smelt the urine but then said it was just the dog smell and recommended a charcoal air filter. Then to top it off he left water EVERYWHERE. There was puddles in my bathroom, dirt all over the floor and sink, and the tub was SUPER filthy. I guess he was training a guy because a secondary technician showed up with the one that actually did the cleaning and he was on his phone the whole time and reeked of cigarette smoke. They also do not wear shoe covers when cleaning the carpet. 2nd attempt to clean. We called the company right after they left the first time and shared our concerns. The receptionist sends me to the service manager line to which it goes straight to voicemail. I called her back to see if there was another way to talk to them and she hangs up on me. Then a service manager calls me back and apologizes for the mess and said thats unheard of to leave a mess and then said the hose was "broken" and replaced last night which was the source of the mess. However the mess worse in the bathroom where the machines were. The service manager said that he would send someone else out the next day to redo the issues. The service manager said they would throw in the enzyming to the whole playroom instead of what we originally had which was only the front half. They sent the original technician back to the house this time without the smoker. I went over the agreement to do the whole playroom in the enzyme treatment and he agreed that he knew that. Upon reviewing cameras and going upstairs to check the front half of the room to see if it was done but the other half was dry and no enzyme treatment done. I call the company back. Leave voicemails for the service managers and get a return call the next day saying " I don't know why a service manager would say to enzyme the whole room if it's not needed. I am so confused." He raised his voice. Told me to "hold on and to stop" when I said I don't have time to continue to sit around and wait for the company to keep coming out to do their job right when it should've been done the first time. He stated they would be back out the next day, again, around three pm and they would call first and he said he would babysit them to make sure it was done right. They never called and never showed up. I expressed the BBB reviews on this company and the yelp reviews and how poor they were and he said well that's not based on the number of house we do. They are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, TACKY, and DEFENSIVE. They have terrible customer service. I was hung up by the receptiontist and a service manager. I should've trusted the reviews and used a more reputable company. Lesson learned. Do not waste your time and money. This is our experience and clearly not a good one. read more

That night as I was inspecting the house, I noticed that he cleaned on top of my daughters rug, but not the carpet under the rug. That carpet was dry. What's the point of that if the dogs had peed on the rug? It would go through to the carpet. I should t be charged extra for a rug cleaning if you're not going to clean the carpet underneath. There was also no furniture moved. My understanding was that small furniture would be moved, but none of ours was. Basically it's like getting half a room cleaned but paying for the whole room. Today we woke up and the house smells horrible and chemically. First when he got here. I asked if it was truck mounted he said no, but it was a real good machine. He tried hard but the machine was as old as me( I'm 64). It left my carpet soaking wet. The rug he cleaned is now fading from so much water. He did not do all the carpet because he said I forgot to tell him. But I've got cameras, there I was telling him. He is a very nice guy but my carpet look worse then they did. There was no soap just warm water from my faucet he had to hook up. I have a better carpet machine then he does. As the saying goes "You get what you pay for". Well this is certainly the case with me. There were a few stains on my carpet so I figured I would get all of them cleaned since I am not able to do it. Well...the stains are still there, my carpet is crispy, and my wood floors got wet from their dirty nasty leaking machine and hose. when I told the guy about all the water on my floor, he said "oh I didn't know it was leaking that much".
