We set up a 3 week board and train for her. During this time he communicated with me several times through out the weeks. Showed me videos of her progress and even asked me to bring one of my other dogs up whom remi fights with. So he could work with them together and help solve those issues. In the past I have had other trainers tell me from day one that Remi couldnt be helped. Not Josh, not his team. She thrived with them! When I got my girl back, she was calmer, focused and yet she was still herself. She loves Josh, she loves the people at velvet snout. The best part of their training program is that it doesnt end when you get your dog back. Josh and his team set you up for success as the dog parent. Giving you instruction to gain that same respect with your dog as he gets from them. Including follow up sessions. He was also aware that I was very nervous about triggers in my home. So he decided to bring remi home and show me what to do and how to react/correct those triggers in the house. I live over and hour away from this place and I will be coming back to let my dogs go to doggy daycare, get groomed or whatever they offer. Dog training anywhere can be a costly investment but there is zero regret with the training staff/program at the velvet snout.
