Unfortunately, when I tried to address this issue, there was very little willingness to resolve it or explain the pricing clearly. I have been a customer since 2002. They will no longer get my business. I would strongly advise anyone using Equipment Depot to carefully review estimates and invoices before agreeing to service, as the final charges may not reflect what you expect!

I call sun and told them what happened and asked if they had anything that would cut though rock , yes they replied. He agreed that the work should've been done sooner and asked to give him a few days to make it right. A man of his word (John Coates) delivered the machine back and the Gator is running top notch. It was going to take three weeks to get it to the bay to get it looked at and the sales guy didn't even start any of the paperwork needed for me to get a new lawnmower. If he would have he would know that I bought the last one straight out. Looking at their prices compared to the actual john deer store I'll rather drive to San Antonio to get a better deal and probably get better customer service.
