The other dealer deceptively priced their tractors to make it seem like a good deal, and also had discriminatory signs on their front door. Tipton was the direct opposite of that. I requested a quote from one of the salesman named Brad. Within 10 or so minutes Brad emailed me a quote and then gave me a follow up call to make sure I had gotten the email and to make sure I didn't have any questions. Not only was the tractor priced more competitively than the other dealer, but it was brand new, not sun damaged like the more expensive tractor at another dealer. I made an appointment to see it, they were waiting for me when I got there, and I signed paperwork that same day. They arranged delivery within 48 hours and the man that delivered it was nice and gave me the crash course. I would recommend Tipton to anyone looking for any piece of equipment they sell or service. I'm glad I found them.

Unfortunately, when I tried to address this issue, there was very little willingness to resolve it or explain the pricing clearly. I have been a customer since 2002. They will no longer get my business. I would strongly advise anyone using Equipment Depot to carefully review estimates and invoices before agreeing to service, as the final charges may not reflect what you expect!

The charge was very satisfactory saving me a lot of money should I have chosen to purchase a new lawnmower. The labor cost is $50.00 per hour with added cost of parts purchased to repair the lawnmower. Although, there was a gal here who brings orders from hotels for service. Nice music playing on the tv. Clean. Has clean men and women's bathrooms. I brought my own detergent.. they do have a dry cleaning adjacent where you can purchase fabric softener and detergent if need be. The machines didn't smell and that's a big deal for me.
