Staff was nice, they asked if I needed any help right away. They did have a large assortment of things from hanging baskets, roses, to fruit trees and vines. I've been pricing roses and crepe myrtles for the past couple years. Size, delivery install has been holding me up. Today I found several myrtles and an awesome yellow rose bush. Plus they were discounted 15%. Beautiful vibrant healthy specimens. I'm willing to start small. But these were full with deep maroon leaves and great root systems. Can't wait to plant them. Robinson has a very tranquil fountain display. Flowers/plants arranged to showcase selections for pollinators and bees. Large area for annuals, sun lovers, shady preferred. I'm way too happy to have discovered this lovely greenhouse in the middle of town. Take a trip it's like going on vacation.

Customer service was awful today. Made a special trip to store to pick up an item at the store. I…read morechecked on-line before I left to make sure they had the item in question and it showed they had item in stock for immediate pickup. When I got there, the item in question was not on the shelf. I checked with the cashier, and she said the store computer shows they had multiple bags of product. She told me to wait until someone in the back could help me out. After 30-minutes of wasting my time, I finally talk to a supervisor of sorts, who basically just shrugged his shoulders. I said could you go look in the back because the computer said they had the inventory. Instead of at least making an effort and go in the back and look, he just said that the computer is unreliable and left it at that. Atwoods, if your customer-facing website is unreliable, then take it down!!! As a long-time customer of Atwoods, I'm not sure I'll ever go back. Customer service is everything. At least make an effort!!

I took a photos and asked the owner of Barrera's how much gravel he estimated this pile was and he told me NO MORE THAN 4 yards. When I told him I had paid for 10yds, he decided that it WAS 10 yds after all (more tha double his first estimation)... sorry hate your luck, you already paid.

I ordered an arrangement for a birthday on site after learning about this store on Yelp, and the…read morestore looks like a warehouse, and easily missed on the road. As I walk in, the ladies peeked out of the cubicle and directed us to the people do the arrangement. and was nice and walked me over to the arrangement folks. It looked like most of their business is surrounding funeral. The florist was nice and allow me to talk about what was on my mind. The 3 stars is for the positive but not thrilling arrangement. It was $70 for the floral arrangements, and I was hoping for more pizazz.
