We had booked one night at the Hampton Inn in Littleton for this weekend, originally; by the time…read morewe decided to spend two nights in the area instead of one, that hotel was fully booked, so we had to look for another option for Saturday night. Boyfriend suggested staying here - mainly because it was a super short walk to a restaurant we love and wanted to visit (El Mirador). Unfortunately, he wasn't thrilled with our stay here, and now swears, "never again!" - I'm more easy going so I wasn't super bothered by all the issues, although overall, I find that this place isn't really worth the money and other than the location, there's way better options around the area. Main problems we encountered... - No coffee maker in the room. - AC unit didn't look ancient, but for some reason was super loud. Now if I was by myself, I wouldn't care because I wouldn't be using AC, lol - the windows do open here. But yeah this one made loud clanking sounds - Boyfriend claims it "shook the whole room" when it came on, but I think he's being dramatic... anyway. - TV in room is pretty small and impossible to cast anything or plug in whatever Apple TV or what he usually brings to watch Netflix. It has local channels, but not as many as we get in the Littleton hotel and reception is really bad. - This was our second stay here. Last time we were on the top floor (room 333). This time we got placed directly under, in room 233 - and we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around as if they were wearing lead shoes. - Lots of families here. Bethlehem is very popular with Hasidic Jewish families and I would say 75% of the guests at this hotel this weekend, were Hasidic - which is not the issue, Boyfriend is Jewish himself - but I don't know if it's a cultural thing or what - these families - a very large group - were in the lobby *all day*. They were there when checked in at 3 - they were still there when we came back from dinner at 9pm. Kids running around, screaming, playing with toys, playing hide and seek, tag or whatever... I felt bad for the girl at reception! It was a bit overwhelming. - Receptionist spend a while explaining to me about the breakfast included, which isn't hot anymore, just muffins etc, on the go stuff or something. Tbh we weren't going to risk the breakfast area anyway, too crowded. - Rooms look good in photos, but not that great in person. Very basic, IKEA looking furniture. Everything wonky. *Except* for the bathrooms - nicely renovated and very clean. And I love the little toiletries instead of the refillable pumps we now find everywhere! So anyway. I don't know if we'll be back. We first stayed here in April 2025 and had gotten a super rate - I think we paid $110 for a night back then. At that price, I'd go back. For the US$250 we paid this weekend - bleh. Some positive... loved the outdoor area off the lobby (for some reason the kids never went out! So we had the whole space for ourselves:). Super location, very walkable to go around Bethlehem, and right across the street from a must-try restaurant! And the fireplaces outside and in the lobby are very nice and unique.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying here.

We never heard people walking above us, and even if the 2nd floor is where the pool is located (and the hotel was full), we didn't hear too many kids running around. Kali and Tracey at reception are awesome! And - during our previous stay for 4th of July, I actually realized that they have an area to the back/right hand side of the hotel, with tables and even bbqs guests can use! Picnic tables aren't the most comfy, but I can bring my own chair from now on. We will be back soon! Love this place.

In addition to hosting the party at the resort, we reserved all 20 guest rooms for our family and friends. From the very beginning, Dana and her team were incredible to work with--accommodating, patient, responsive, and genuinely kind. Planning a large event can be stressful, but they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Mazie, Paige, and Linda for their exceptional bartending service. They were friendly, attentive, and helped make the celebration even more enjoyable for our guests. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are stunning, the views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The golf course was outstanding as well. Trevor and his team went above and beyond throughout the weekend, constantly checking in to see if there was anything we needed and making sure our guests were taken care of. Their hospitality was exceptional. What sets Maplewood apart is the feeling you get the moment you walk through the door--you instantly feel at home. The people, the service, the scenery, and the overall experience are second to none. I highly recommend Maplewood Golf Resort for weddings, family celebrations, reunions, golf outings, or any special event. Within hours of arrival, we were forced out of one filthy, unsafe room into another that was even worse. We encountered mold, broken fixtures, hotel doors with no lock, and blood-stained bedding on both the linen of all beds (what was stated to be possibly from drug users that frequent the location). Staff admitted the rooms were unfit yet failed to provide clean linens, stating cleaning service was unavailable and my wife and I would have to strip and remake blood-contaminated beds ourselves while our children slept in personal blankets in chairs due to the time of night. The situation escalated into harassment, dishonesty, and ultimately a police visit based on false claims made by staff (Kevin Jam). Management (Bija Patel/Vin Patel) upon discovering Jams harassment, mishandling, and misrepresentation of facts to Law Enforcement (which he was warned of) misrepresented their role, stating there was nothing they could do other than a 10% discount on our stay due to my family "being publicly humiliated in the hallway late at night". Upon departing, we contacted Best Western Corporate, they informed us although they utilize the Best Western name they do not recognize their affiliation. This property demonstrated severe health code violations, reckless staff conduct, and a complete disregard for guest safety and basic human decency. Avoid this hotel at all costs. When attempting a refund through Best Western they stated although the property utilizes the Best Western name they do not recognize their affiliation.
