These pictures are not of the In. At Jackson in Jackson NH These are from Jackson Hole Wyoming. The Inn at Jackson in NH is an adorable, comfy, clean, friendly Inn and I highly recommend staying there.

Just a magnificent Inn. She's as stately as a galleon, warm and inviting and just so welcoming. The innkeeper, Michele is fantastic and her staff is phenomenal. We stayed in John Paul Jones room and loved it. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfasts were large and really, really delicious. Each day they had a little something for everyone. We'll definitely be repeat guests!

The Inn at Jackson is the coziest little inn in the sleepy little village of Jackson, NH. If you really want to escape reality and society for awhile (cell phone reception isn't so good here), then this is the place for you. The service is impeccable. The innkeepers are the friendliest you'll ever meet, without being too intrusive during your stay. The rooms are immaculate and well-appointed, most with gas fireplaces. You feel like you've got the run of the house during your stay. There is a lodge-like living room, complete with leather furniture, fireplace and DVDs to borrow. A screened porch runs the length of the back of the house for just sitting and relaxing. The best part is the breakfast room. A scrumptious breakfast is included every morning. You've got your pick of four different selections which change daily, along with coffee, tea, juice, fruit, cereal and baked goods. All made fresh every morning. The Inn has the best omelets I have ever tasted, mostly owing to the fresh off the farm eggs. Maybe everything just tastes better on vacation, but I would come here just for the breakfast...

Very nice B&B in the heart of Jackson, overlooking the village. Welcoming lobby, fireplace in the study and in the main dining area. Seeing the fire going in the dining room on a cold rainy morning was a nice way to start the day. We loved the dining area that wrapped around the front of the Inn, looking out to the mountains! We stayed in the Lodge room; Molly Stark, which was clean and comfortable. The Victorian rooms are larger and have fireplaces and more elegant. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious and served by friendly staff. The only reason we wouldn't come back is due to the constant sound of the heating upstairs. We both didn't sleep much and for a ski weekend, this could really hamper an energetic day of skiing ahead of us. Other than that, the Inn is really well kept, and in a great location!

Great breakfast food :)

The staff was great, although someone at the front desk made a mistake with our reservation and therefore we lost the room we actually chose- they luckily were not fully booked so we got another room. The room we were in was a little run down. I understand this is suppose to be a "older" inn feel but things like the carpet and bathroom tiles can be updated. There was some water damage in the bathroom on the times/walls that wasn't fixed and made the bathroom look a little disgusting. The shower head though was new which was a good thing. The free coffee, water, and snacks downstairs was a great addition. Loved our first B&B experience. Breakfast food was amazing, very good cook!! Quiet rooms, but very small TV. Overall good experience.

This is one of our favorite spots, as it is such a relaxing and welcoming place. Our technicians were Meaghan and Heather, who both did a wonderful job. They made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our services. We appreciated being able to use the steam room and shower following the services, with their lovely shampure products. We felt so rejuvenated upon leaving here. In past visits, we were able to get more services and at longer durations. Unfortunately, that has changed. This wasn't communicated and there was an issue with scheduling our services. When we received the initial confirmation, everything looked fine (services and durations) aside from it stating "body polish" instead of "body scrub". I was assured that it would be a scrub, regardless of what the confirmation said. Unfortunately, the day before our services the confirmation email had different durations of services. When I called to inquire, I hadn't received a call back, however it was addressed immediately upon our arrival. They noted that our call was received and said they figured they would wait until they saw us. I wish it had been addressed ahead of time, as we had to make a quick decision on the spot regarding our services. I would have preferred time to think it over. Also, the polish was in fact a polish and not a scrub, which was not what was wanted nor expected. Overall, we had a great time and would go back! This has become a staple for our white mountain trips. The services are always great, the staff is always friendly, and we always leave feeling refreshed! The only downside was the lack of communication/scheduling error, which has never been a problem in our countless other visits here.

We recently stayed at Christmas Farm Inn and Spa for a wedding a couple of weeks ago. The wedding…read moreitself was amazing, and the grounds around the inn were beautiful. Unfortunately, our actual stay was very disappointing due to the management. We booked one of the barn rooms, and I would strongly advise against ever booking in that section. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, the General Manager, Abe, was rude and unprofessional. On our first night, we received a noise complaint. We were up late due to jet lag, but were not being excessively loud. After a neighbor banged on the wall, I quickly received a text from Abe asking us to keep the volume down. Thinking it was an automated system, we immediately complied and kept everything quiet for the rest of the night. The next morning, around 8am, Abe came banging on our door as aggressively as possible. His exact first words were, "I'm asking you to check out today." He said we had been making noise "all night" and "banging on walls." Neither of those things were true. Once he finally introduced himself as the GM, I calmly explained that we lowered our volume as soon as we received the text and that we never banged on any walls. Instead of listening, he dismissed our explanation and began lecturing me in a disrespectful and hostile manner. To try to evict paying guests early in the morning, on the day of a wedding, without hearing both sides of the situation, is completely unacceptable. This experience left a very sour impression of the property. The surroundings are beautiful, and the other staff members were pleasant, but the GM's behavior ruined what should have been a positive stay. I cannot recommend staying here, especially when there are likely other inns in the area with far better management and respect for their guests.

Our room was stunning. My fiancé pre planned and had rose petals, candles, and champagne all set up by the staff for us. (Additional charge). There was a hot tub for two, a shower for two, and a nice additional seating area. In the morning there was fresh orange juice, coffee, and homemade options such as muffins and pastries. There were also some yogurt, fruit, and granola. Saturday night there was a complimentary cheese and wine night! They offered a mixed variety of cheeses, meats, and crackers. They also had two wine options, and a non alcoholic bubbly option. There was a huge almost pool sized hot tub, which could easily fit 16-20 people. They keep the water at a mild temperature, so that all can enjoy. On site, there was also an enormous work out room and an infrared sauna. There were quite a few amenities in the work out room - including a putting mat, a golf swing machine, a full body massage chair, a foot massager, and countless other options. We would recommended this place to any and everyone. The famous mulled cider candles are available for 21$ to purchase, we got a few. Having gone to the North Conway area for 10+ years - I can comfortably say that this place is a hidden gem. We will definitely be back.

My son and I had a nice little two night stay while visiting Story Land. We have previously stayed…read moreat the Omni Mount Washington on similar visits, but this time, I wanted a bigger room and to be closer to Story Land. This fit the bill, for about half the cost I rented one of the Fairlawn cottage suites, which included an updated guest room with a king sized bed; gas fireplace; a separate little living area with a pullout couch, which could be closed off by a set of glass French doors; and most importantly, our own private outdoor hot tub on a little covered porch off the bathroom (huge hit). My son and I were both very comfortable sharing this large, luxurious feeling space. The $30 per night resort fee includes access to amenities like a heated outdoor pool, which looked nice (we didn't use it, due to cooler air temps during our stay), various sports like tennis (which we also didn't use) and a shared self-serve pantry downstairs, for soft drinks, snacks and basic breakfast items. I agree with other posters who said that the pantry included nice choices but was not stocked consistently. On our first night, there was a nice selection of gelato in the freezer. The second night it was empty. On our second morning, they were super low on caffeinated coffee pods at 7 am, so I rationed my portions in consideration of other guests. The main restaurant looked too fancy for my five year old, but I wanted to check out the on site dining options so I made a reservation to eat at the Alpine Lodge for night two. We arrived just before 6, after a long day at Story Land. There was no one around to greet us or take us to our table. I waited around for a while, then guided my son to one of the many open tables. There was calm but upbeat live music, which we both liked. The bartender was warm, kind and also clearly overwhelmed. I tried to get the attention of the lounge server but she completely ignored us. It took close to two hours to get a cheeseburger and a plate of chicken tenders. I didn't even complain, but the bartender still comped one of my glasses of wine and was super apologetic. Overall, there were a couple of minor kinks but the inn felt like a great value. I've already recommended it to friends and family members and would stay there again.

However, we had never tried the Wentworth Inn thinking it might be too 'exclusive' and expensive for us. We decided to try it this week after an e-mail offering a prix fixe dinner deal but what a disappointment. The 'deluxe' king room was spartan and dull with zero style or warmth. It was a river view room but really faced the street which proved very noisy in the early morning. The room did not even have a single USB outlet. There was a self-serve pantry down the hall with soda, chips and hard candy but no bottled water. The dining room food and service that evening was a highlight but even there, we've enjoyed far more memorable meals elsewhere nearby for lower cost. The lobby was dark, unwelcoming and its floors were covered with dirt and sand that remained throughout our visit. The front desk personnel were not friendly or particularly helpful. Overall, I went with very high expectations and left very disappointed. There are MUCH better options in and around Jackson. In a nutshell, the Wentworth inn is an old, worn hotel trying to live off its once elegant past during the era of grand hotels in NH but its current focus appears to be hosting weekend wedding parties without much effort made for regular hotel guests.

We were only a few miles from Storyland so we went first thing when they opened, stayed a couple hours, came back for our son's nap and we were able to hit the park again until closing. While the restaurant wasn't open during our stay, there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The pool was nice (no one else was in it) and though it was cold, our toddler still had fun.
