After purchasing Kali reached out and confirmed everything and scheduled the delivery, the day before the delivery I was notified of the time window and the day of the delivery I was notified that the driver was on his way. Christian and the delivery crew were very efficient, polite, and professional with the delivery and installation. In the past I would have done this myself, picked up the new appliance, brought it and installed it and figured out what to do with the old one. Yales pricing is competitive and the service has been exceptional, it's a great value.

Kathy is always helpful and knowledgeable. My new whirlpool appliances are the just right fit. Five stars for this business!

My LG washer didn't drain anymore. Living in Newton, I called Home Pro Appliance on a Sunday, and…read morethe repair person came within an hour and a half exactly when expected. He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.

RIP-OFF!! Please READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS of this business!…read moreI assume the positive ones are friends and family. Here is mine. Been quoted us $160.00 to "diagnose" our fridge ice maker. An older gentleman confirmed replacement: he offered to order one for us ($250.00) and install it. Also said that we should replace the door gasket (optional). He quoted us $280.00 for labor (I'm not sure if he factored in the gasket replacement, as the quote was very vague), for a total of $440.00 to replace the icemaker. We decided that we'd rather buy a new fridge. But first we looked up the icemaker online and found it on the manufacturer's website for $180.00. It took my husband 10 minutes to replace it. Total: $180.00

Saw a lot of nice tile and noticed that they even carry tools and other supplies needed to install tile. The most recent visit will probably be last time I will visit this store. This was the second time I was not able to get the item I was looking for. One might think that a simple hole saw for a standard shower diverter valve would be available, but no. They carry some other sizes that no one uses so they probably think the market for hole saws is not profitable. Well if you don't carry the size that people use, it won't be profitable. Great for a homeowners who just want to look at tile. But for a professional installer they just don't work. Anyway they can run their business their own way and I wish them luck.
