Coordinating the delivery was easy, and they were pretty friendly. The wood arrived on time as promised. However, a decent amount of the wood seemed crumbly and rotten, and probably should not have made it onto the truck. I stacked everything in my shelter and let it dry out (it had been raining for a few days when it was delivered) and after a few weeks, I still decided that some of the delivery really wasn't in a sellable condition. I called them and spoke to Jerry himself, and he was very understanding. He agreed that his staff probably should have thrown those pieces out when loading up the truck. Maybe everything being wet made it harder to tell? In any case, he let me take as much wood home with me as I thought was fair, and he threw in a free bucket of kindling. I thought this was very reasonable, and I very much appreciated his willingness to talk and find a solution. Meanwhile, the good wood burns great. I'll be ordering from them again!
