I hit the jackpot with this team. Rick (Owner) and (Peggy -- brains of the office) did a fantastic job in coordinating the installer and drywall specialist. The hardware and shower door were perfect considering the production bottlenecks. Now the only thing left is the painter and tile replacement guys who are running two weeks out or more. Nonetheless, the cost from Herr was reasonable-- far cheaper than as advertised Big Box Bathroom Installers. There were no gimmicks- just a fair price with a super installer. Outstanding work!

LP fixed if for next to nothing and in the process, he explained to me why they often do break and how he assures they don't. Honestly I think it was like $50 which included the part. The only slight ding is scheduling. They will 'work in' people if they have openings that come up before the appointment. Sometimes that is awesome and you are done quicker, but sometimes it isn't convenient. In fairness, I've never tried saying no, I need to stick with my appointment time. Odds are they'd say ok. My system was showing a filter warning at the time. A legitimate question about their own text led to my service being canceled. It felt like retaliation. I called back twice that same day asking for a manager. Both times I was told I'd get a callback. It has now been four business days, and no manager has called me. My emails to their executive team bounced back. Today I called again and got the same receptionist, Shanna. She talked over me again, and when I pointed it out, she hung up on me. On top of this, the installers never left the manufacturer manuals for my water heater, sump pumps, or RO system. A company that cancels your service for asking a question, and then won't let you reach a manager for four business days, doesn't deserve your business. Look elsewhere, this is not worth the inflated prices.
