I sent a message on my tablet and about 20 minutes later I received a call from a guy by the name of Jamie Gumm who works for draincleaningiowa.com. He arrived at my home in about 30 minutes. I took him down to the mess in basement and he said he would get started ASAP. Upon discussion of my problem in basement, it was decided that the jet cleaning would do the best. He parked his van along the side of the house and opened the window to put the snake to the blockage. It took 3 hours to clear the drains. He said that it hadn't been his worst, but was up there on the list close to the top. I am so appreciative and glad he had waders and all the tools necessary for the job. I had the same problem about a month ago with a well known sewer company....he did jack to help the with the problem. Jamie knew exactly what the problem was and what to do to fix it. I was extremely proud of the way in which he cleared the problems and the understanding manner I was treated. He treated me with respect and listened carefully at what I said. He didn't blow me off, actually listened to suggestions. I WOULD HAVE JAMIE GUMM FROM IOWA DRAIN CLEANING BACK TO MY HOUSE TO FIX MY DRAINS ANYTIME AND I WOULD CALL THEM FIRST. He told me that he had other appointments, but it sounded like I had real problems and came running. I am so happy with the service he provided. I would give his name to anyone who has drain problems.
