While Roto Rooter seems to be available most times of day, it may not be a positive experience based on my personal interactions. I ended up having to spend over $1000+ on Roto Rooter and the final problem was not even fixed.

We got a bunch of rain and it flooded our basement of our rental property. Our renter plugged the sump pump in and it instantly started sucking the water out of the basement, but when he plugged in the sump pump (which they unplugged) the pipe they installed started to leak. We had to call them over to fix that as well. They were rude and refused to give me their insurance information when I first asked them for it and then hung up on me. Save your time and hire a real plumber. So disappointed. 6 years and have never had a problem with our sump pump.

Seems like a pushy sales tactic. When the salesman asked when we could let him know what we were thinking, and we said some time next week, he was out the door within a minute. Seemed irritated. We also asked what the price would be for the step down from that specific model, and then they could only do the furnace if we went down a model. They wouldn't be able to do the AC as well unless we did the "gold" package. Definitely get a second quote from another company.
