I called in another local company for a second opinion and they found and resolved the issue immediately. I can't recommend this company and looking back at the install, I regret even having Leon PHC do it, on the grounds of excessive price for poor service. Not recommending the other local company I used because their prices were atrocious. My recommendation, get someone from the city, as your chances of getting a lower cost professional are WAY higher.

We called and spoke with other companies and were told that it would be at minimum 2+ weeks before anyone could get to us. A friend of mine recommended Travis so I gave home a call. That same evening he came out to our house to do an inspection and in less than 1 week he was able to get us a new AC unit (and furnace) fully installed and running. My family can't thank him enough for helping us out as we were hitting some of the hottest and most humid days in Iowa. I can't recommend him enough to others, he will take good care of you and your family.
