From the start, customer service was responsive and professional. Scheduling was easy, and he arrived right away. Josh was knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The job was completed efficiently and to a high standard and he called for the city to inspect: he has gone the extra mile by working with our insurance adjuster and a couple follow-ups to see how our system is performing. Pricing was very fair and transparent, no hidden fees or surprises. We received a superior high efficiency units at less than half of a bigger "local" corporate owned business. There were some added things he did at no extra charge that other companies would charge for. I appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions and offered honest advice throughout the process. I'd definitely recommend Priority One to anyone in need of reliable HVAC services. Great service, quality work, and peace of mind!
