We have been having an incredible cold spell with negative temperatures during the last week. I called the number left on the business recording (closed on Saturday) and Kevin (owner) said he'd be out in a half hour. Kevin shows up, realizes the problem and has the unit corrected, fixed, and running within an hour or so. He explained the issue and exactly what he needed to do to correct it. There may be other companies out there (which in my case didn't fix it correctly in the first place, hence my issue), but I won't call anyone else. He said he'd call me the next day. When I hadn't heard from him in a week, I called and had to leave a message. This all happened a couple of months ago. He's still not called me and hasn't answered my calls. I can't imagine a company can function in this way.
