We have been having an incredible cold spell with negative temperatures during the last week. I called the number left on the business recording (closed on Saturday) and Kevin (owner) said he'd be out in a half hour. Kevin shows up, realizes the problem and has the unit corrected, fixed, and running within an hour or so. He explained the issue and exactly what he needed to do to correct it. There may be other companies out there (which in my case didn't fix it correctly in the first place, hence my issue), but I won't call anyone else. Thanks for getting the heat back on Kevin..... call Van Haaften, you won't regret it.

He also recommend a service that will put liners in existing older tile connectors to strengthen the protection we will call them, because if Bob says they are worth the call - I believe HIM.
