Bob answered his phone right away, and drive 20 minutes to our house to solve the problem. Roots from the neighbor's Maple tree had grown into our clay tile drain to the city sewer line. He put the camera down the line to show us the issue, cleaned the drain, and left us with a chemical treatment to help prevent future issues. He also recommend a service that will put liners in existing older tile connectors to strengthen the protection we will call them, because if Bob says they are worth the call - I believe HIM. Thanks Bob! I hope we don't meet the next time over a backed up drain - but other than that I would love to see you again. Great service and reasonable price. Thanks
