The quality of care was poor and the billing policies were questionable. They billed for things…read morethey are unqualified or in-equipped to do (an eye exam). When attempting to reach the business office, I was given the run around; however, when my insurance company reached out, they responded posthaste. Furthermore, the pediatrician "Dr. Alexander" made unsupported prognoses and claims. When questioned about my child and the data used to make these claims, she walked out of the room without explaining or giving any additional information. I am unsure if this is their standard protocol but we felt extremely uncomfortable and have loss confidence in the practice due to these circumstances.

My daughter has grown up with PNP since we transferred to their practice in 2008. I'm not sure what…read moreyear she began seeing Dr. Riewe, but it is because of Dr. Riewe that we have stayed with PNP, even driving to Pennington, despite Princeton being much closer. Dr. Riewe has shown us great patience, genuine concern, and my daughter trusts her because she has been included in discussions and decisions about her health. The staff is also solid. There is never any problem getting an appointment or forms filled out, medications sent to the pharmacy, no confusion about billing, etc. Sadly, my daughter will age out of PNP next year when she turns 18. I'm sorry for not writing this review sooner, but I'm here finally to say THANK YOU to Dr. Riewe and all of PNP for taking such good care of my daughter!

Alex did all our paperwork to set us up, and she did a great job staying on top of things and calling us when we were approved in the system so we knew we could set up our first appointments. We've been for covid tests, general check ups, and ENT specialty referrals - we can't say enough great things about the staff there. Some things to note now: When you arrive, you need to call them when you're in the lobby of the building- you're not allowed to be in the lobby of their actual doctor office. Covid tests are done in a completely separate area than the Dr. office. Results for those tests are available within about 15 minutes - after a covid test, you have to wait in the lobby until results are provided before you can proceed with the rest of your dr. apt. Overall - very happy for our switch and for the support this office provides!

I found Dr. Cerdena to be very informative, encouraging, and loving with my son. She has a spaced out vaccine calendar schedule, giving max 2 at a time, and didn't blink when I said we were moving to Africa... but instead grabbed my sons hand (he's 2.5 months) and exclaimed at all the adventures we were going to have. I liked her immediately. She then reassured me on the medical facilities on the cities in Africa we would be at. Nice. All in all, I really recommend her. Dr. Kishen was very helpful and optimistic until I started having issues with my child's " unidentified " father , paternity has yet to be proven. This office has shown me they have little to no respect for young African American mothers and show favoritism towards hispanic individuals. I've never felt so out of place when trying to advocate for my 3 month old daughter. Today during my visit I was asked for identification, this is also not my first appointment and Ive never been asked. There were also 3 hispanic mothers sitting in the waiting room with me , not one was asked for identification but I was also as an existing patient which is my daughter. I refuse to be mistreated and not taken seriously when telling Dr.Kishen legal information regarding my child especially when being right! She does not respect my situation nor my boundaries with my daughter. Is it because my child's father is hispanic you automatically favor him over me not knowing he is corrupted? Anyone person can put on a mask and show they care. Nobody knows a person better than the person who was with him. I also seeked legal counsel and when advised by my attorney the proper protocol, Dr.Kishen refused to take anything I was saying into consideration. One thing I am is a strong African American woman and i refuse to be belittled when it comes down to legal issues especially when I have hired a family law attorney who represents me at this present moment !
