We got scheduled with Dr. Spags when our daughter was born in June 2017. She was new to the practice at that time, so I was a little nervous. As a first time mom I was all over the place, she helped ground me, she told me I was doing great and supported the decisions that I made. Since then we've seen a handful of doctors for random visits and we have still stuck with Dr. Spags as our primary ped. She is so so sweet, so so patient and thorough, always answers all of our questions and listens to our concerns with no judgement. It's hard to find decent doctors with good bedside manners, especially in a large practice - Dr. Spags, you're great and thank you for being what all doctors (especially pediatricians) should be.

As an educated attorney, I was appalled at how rude and condescending he was with no merit and no respect. I have switched pediatricians as the whole office is run an unorganized fashion with no customer service. Many patients are unhappy and have switched- they mainly only go because it is the closest office.
