He was supposed to come last Tues but he said his son was in the emergency room so then it changed to Thursday. Thursday came and we waited all day and gave him a call, he claims it was a misunderstanding so he changed it to Monday. Monday came and he came out and painted, he said he would give the paint an hour to dry and he would be back. An hour passed, 2, 3 hours passed and he never came back, no call or nothing. We sat waiting. My mother wanted to go to the grocery store on base but she couldn't because she was waiting on him to show up! Today is Tuesday March 13 @ 11:50 a:m and he hasn't shown up or called. We shouldn't have to keep calling him as if he doesn't know what his contractual obligations are. Our bathroom is still sitting unfinished and he apparently has more important things to do. I understand picking up jobs and working on other jobs simultaneously but this is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. My mother is holding out hope that he will still finish the job especially since she has already paid him but it doesn't look promising and I am frankly sick of it. **** Eric she did call you today. She left a voicemail and text and got no response. Today is March 20. ****She sent you a text today and got no response. Today is March 21. Today is May 2, 2018 and this contractor still hasn't given a refund or completed the project. He has dodged all calls and letters from the BBB. We are in the process of reporting him to the state licensing board as well as contacting authorities. I hope he knows that it is felony theft when you are paid and don't complete the project per contract. I hope he doesn't think that deleting reviews from this site so others won't see that he's dishonest will make us stop. We won't stop until you refund the money you stole. Period!! Following a water line break in my home on a Sunday evening I contacted ServPro 800 number and was…read moreput in touch with the local franchise. My house was a complete wet disaster and I needed to get rid of the standing water that had caused a ceiling to fall and saturate my garage ceiling. Ryan contacted me within 30 minutes and after explaining my situation they arrived about an hour later. Ryan and Jason immediately assessed the damage, explained the process and then got to work. Within a couple hours they had removed all the water and begun removing the flooring. They then left and returned the next day to begin what would become a HUGE process. These guys are AWESOME, they handled everything including ordering a storage trailer and dumpster. Once they finished the 6 day process of exposing wet areas and drying they cleaned up everything and my house is now ready for contractors to come in and begin the rebuild. The speed, quality and professionalism that was exhibited by these 2 guys and their team was second to nobody! Had it not been for ServPro this disaster would have been a much bigger headache. They have handled everything including insurance documentation, which has made that painful process much easier. I highly recommend this particular franchisee because they exhibit the kind of customer service and quality of work that I did not expect. I did learn that they have recently purchased this Franchise, you would never guess by they level of knowledge and professionalism. 100% AVOID this company. Our kitchen sink pipe burst which resulted in our floors, cabinets, and…read moreeverything else in between needing to be removed. The mitigation crew was very polite, did their job well, and even informed me of damage that they caused during the intitial demolition. After completed, my house was left with exposed wires, no floors, no dishwasher, no oven, etc... Their construction crew dragged their feet for over a month with no start of repairs. Ended up firing them and going with Action Restoration for repairs (Which was the best decision ever). ServPro agreed to give me my deposit back in exchange for the mitigation check from the insurance company. They dragged their feet again for over a month, ghosted me, refused to repair the damages their crew caused (even with proof), gave me conflicting information with all of the administration personell I was speaking with, caused lost of time and income because I work from home and was unable to do so. They then filed a claim with collections and lied to them, even though I had email receipts of them agreeing to swap checks. Due to them dragging their feet yet again, I had to pay another deposit out of pocket to Action Restoration. Long story short, do NOT use ServPro whatsoever!!

For them, it was a fairly small job, but they worked tirelessly with our insurance company. In fact, Emergency Restoration ended up getting us over double the amount the insurance wanted to initially pay. When it came to the actual repairs they came out, and got them done in the equivalent of a day's work (they had to get a specialized piece of equipment).
