100% AVOID this company. Our kitchen sink pipe burst which resulted in our floors, cabinets, and everything else in between needing to be removed. The mitigation crew was very polite, did their job well, and even informed me of damage that they caused during the intitial demolition. After completed, my house was left with exposed wires, no floors, no dishwasher, no oven, etc... Their construction crew dragged their feet for over a month with no start of repairs. Ended up firing them and going with Action Restoration for repairs (Which was the best decision ever). ServPro agreed to give me my deposit back in exchange for the mitigation check from the insurance company. They dragged their feet again for over a month, ghosted me, refused to repair the damages their crew caused (even with proof), gave me conflicting information with all of the administration personell I was speaking with, caused lost of time and income because I work from home and was unable to do so. They then filed a claim with collections and lied to them, even though I had email receipts of them agreeing to swap checks. Due to them dragging their feet yet again, I had to pay another deposit out of pocket to Action Restoration. Long story short, do NOT use ServPro whatsoever!! read more

Initially I thought that SERVPRO was going to be a great place to confide for weather damage done to my garage door area which required a bit of reconstruction; I was proven wrong! Allow me to present a timeline to support my statement. There was damage done to the frameof my garage door on March 12th, 2022. Upon a personal assessment I reviewed the damage and filed a claim with State Farm who recommended SERVPRO. SERVPRO then reached out to me in the middle of March, I believe the 16th to provide an estimate. Scott had done the estimate and told me that SERVPRO was about 6-8 weeks out and that it would not meet my insurance deductible however, two estimates later it was above my deductible. I was told there would be $1918.25 in repair costs in which I shortly afterward paid 50% of the amount on March 31 and was told that SERVPRO was about 2-4 weeks out. I was visited within the next week by a fellow named Ricky who came out and affirmed that SERVPRO could and would do the work but was however about 4-6 weeks away from being able to complete the work. I asked for additional information from Scott about the initial estimates to get an accurate number to file with State Farm if necessary and he said he would deliver the most accurate estimate, he never did. I reached out to Ricky around mid-May to see when the work would be done in which he replied that he would be out either Thursday or Friday May 26th or 27th. Ricky no call no showed me. I then called him once more in which he replied he would be out Friday June 3rd, followed by another no call no show. I had called the office of SERVPRO June 6th to request a refund and was met with a very nice response from both Casey and Samantha. Samantha was very kind to issue a refund on June 8th which said it will take up to 10 business days to receive. That would put me in the middle of June for work that was assessed and estimated in mid-March. I would carefully reconsider your options when dealing with SERVPRO and go elsewhere, if possible, especially if you are dealing with Scott or Ricky. I could have had this issue already fixed by now if SERVPRO cared about this situation at all. Their slogan is "Like it never happened" and in this instance that is how I was treated. I believe this 1-star rating for SERVPRO is well earned, and well deserved. read more

Avoid at all costs. I called them during the May floods and I was billed for services that were never performed and even the charges for services that were performed were heavily inflated. Flood insurance wouldn't cover more than about 40% of what they billed so guess who had to pay the rest? Also, this Servpro is like many others in that it's an independent franchise. This means that if you have a problem the corporate office in Gallatin, TN is completely useless and unable to do more than half-hearted attempts at mediating disputes. If you are forced to use a service like this, I would recommend anyone else but if you insist on using them be sure to get ALL costs up-front in writing before they touch anything watch them like a hawk to ensure they actually do what they claim. read more

I have no idea about the quality or work, because like their slogan, it never even happened. I called to see what it would cost to remove some mold. I was told that they would need to come out and take a look. I completely understand - can't quote a job site unseen. I wound up taking a day off from work to meet with the technician who took pictures and made lots of notes to then say he'd never seen anything like it before. He'd email me an estimate and by the way the charge for today would be $175. Are you kidding me? For an estimate? No one mentioned anything about a charge for the estimate, much less such an exorbitant one. When I protested, the tech said they forgot to mention that alot. Avoid these deceptive hucksters like the plague. read more

They came to my clothing store to a fix an issue we had - they were prompt, efficient had service with a smile!

Our toliet overflooded and ruined carpet, tile, a vanity upstairs a huge section of the ceiling and wood floors on the next level below, and another huge section of my ceiling on the finished basement. They were able to come pretty quickly to demo the damaged sections out but then got left haning on the constuction side. When they did finally show up about 3 months later they started with the floors then painted the ceiling which got paint all over my floors. They didn't use leveler which we got approved for with the insurance company so now my floor goes up and down all over the place. Also a section of the ceiling they never finished and they said that I could go get paint and finish it myself and I could never match the same color of white. About 4 months after the project was done some a small piece of my floor molding is cominig apart and they are saying its not covered. There was a few other small things I won't mention here but all around not the best experience. read more

Following a water line break in my home on a Sunday evening I contacted ServPro 800 number and was put in touch with the local franchise. My house was a complete wet disaster and I needed to get rid of the standing water that had caused a ceiling to fall and saturate my garage ceiling. Ryan contacted me within 30 minutes and after explaining my situation they arrived about an hour later. Ryan and Jason immediately assessed the damage, explained the process and then got to work. Within a couple hours they had removed all the water and begun removing the flooring. They then left and returned the next day to begin what would become a HUGE process. These guys are AWESOME, they handled everything including ordering a storage trailer and dumpster. Once they finished the 6 day process of exposing wet areas and drying they cleaned up everything and my house is now ready for contractors to come in and begin the rebuild. The speed, quality and professionalism that was exhibited by these 2 guys and their team was second to nobody! Had it not been for ServPro this disaster would have been a much bigger headache. They have handled everything including insurance documentation, which has made that painful process much easier. I highly recommend this particular franchisee because they exhibit the kind of customer service and quality of work that I did not expect. I did learn that they have recently purchased this Franchise, you would never guess by they level of knowledge and professionalism. Excellent customer service! I called to schedule an appointment for a mold assessment. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and promised to call me the next morning. She called as she promised and we scheduled a time for someone to come out within the next couple of days. Jason arrived on time and was very professional. He listened to my explanation of what was going on and explained in detail possible scenarios and what our options were. He was very knowledgeable about the process. He did some testing inside then suited up to crawl under the house. While under the house found a problem we didn't know we had that would have been a huge issue had it gone undetected. This problem was not something SERVEPRO would remediate and advised us that this was a primary concern for our home. Jason advised me that he didn't see an immediate problem in regards to mold (our initial concern) but explained what to look for as we moved forward in our project. There was no charge for the visit our the assessment. A major rainstorm came through Murfreesboro one night and somehow my windows were rolled down during it. I called serv-pro the next day and they had me bring my car by. Said this was the first they had done of this type, so I was their guinea pig lol. The next day they called and said that your car is ready. Excellent customer service and professional work. My enjoyment of the snow and cold temperatures last week was rudely interrupted when my water heater decided it would be a good time to explode like a frozen can of Coke. Fortunately, the one thing my inept property management company did right in this debacle was to call SERVPRO. After working a long day then surviving a near heart attack when I heard a loud boom and hundreds of gallons of water rushed out into my home, I was not in the best frame of mind.
