Do not trust this man. He will walk through your home without your permission. Go through closed…read moredoors even blocked ones. This man repeatedly, went into a room that had nothing to do with what he came to fix. He kept going into the room where my hotwater tank was. It had nothing to do with fixing a toilet. It had nothing to do with fixing my kitchen sink. Both of these things I had to repeatedly call this man to fix, because he didn't do the job right the first time. He would repeatedly, go into my laundry room where my hot water tank was. He had no reason to go in this room he knew nothing in that room controlled anything that had to do with my kitchen sink, and why it keeps leaking cause he didn't put the seal on properly and why my toilet keeps clogging in my upstairs, bathroom!

I cannot recommend Prodigy highly enough!! Last week, I had a mishap with a bottle of Metamucil and…read moremy kitchen sink, and Prodigy saved the day! The entire experience was great, top to bottom. My call was answered promptly, Mark (the owner of the company) patiently heard me explain my dilemma, and without judgment told me someone would be sent out to help within an hour. Not even 40 minutes later, Mark was at my door to asses the problem with my sink and garbage disposal. He wore shoe covers in my home, and kept all work areas clean and tidy. In minutes he had the problem fully diagnosed and had it all sorted out shortly after. He also gave me some recommendations for continuing garbage disposal maintenance. In the past, I've had repairmen be rude or ridicule for mistakes I've made with appliances, and this was the exact opposite experience. Thanks, Prodigy!

That said, 100% missed the mark on my estimate. 100% quoted $1,575 for a job that wound up costing $325. 100% plumbing's solution was so different that I question their integrity. I have used Lee Co for myself and customers They have mislead and lied about several items One…read moreof my first issues was having them come out and look at my LG washing machine. They told me that it could be fixed. I paid over $500 and have them come out twice because it never would fill up properly. I had the motherboard replaced approximately a year prior to that by another company that did an excellent job so I knew it wasn't the motherboard. And that's what they confirmed as well. They told me that they would refund the labor, which was around $250. I kept checking my bank account and they never refunded it. I reached out to them and let them know and they adamantly said that they had credited my account back. I reached out to my Bank who also sent me confirmation that it was never credited because the account was closed out. My bank sent that information to me and I gave it to Lee Company. They kept saying they would check into it. They never got back to me when they finally did get back to me because I initiated they stood by what they said that they had credited it back, even though my bank said that absolutely never happened and my account showed it was never credited. We went back-and-forth they continually lied so at the end of the day they took my money and ran! I also spent $9000 getting a new air-conditioning system. They never have come out to do any sort of maintenance on it. Not even the six month check up that other companies give to you like Donelson Air and Hiller. I had also used them for a clients house. They had all their cast-iron plumbing pipes changed to the updated PVC Lee Company only changed some of them and misled my client to thinking that it was all completed. She only found out. They lied when we had a contractor out there to crawl under the house and saw that Lee Company did a really shotty job. I would not ever recommend this company buyer beware! They are not reputable. They are not honest and they are not trustworthy.
