The service was unprofessional and rude. I had a simple request of making a double burger a single burger. It seemed as though the two young kids (male and female) neither knew how to make this possible. They both finally said it's the same price for a single burger as it is for a double burger. There definitely should be a difference in price. Either they need more training to make this happen or Wayback is a ripoff for not having two different prices. The two then begin to talk about me with another young lady behind the register as if I can't see nor hear them, even though you can see and hear them clearly. Ordered 1 hamburger and an order of chicken tenders. Both orders were wrong in one way or another. I have to have friends pick up the food because I still am not well enough to drive. The burger was supposed to have fried onions on it wrong and the tenders were soggy we ended up throwing it away. Two simple orders and they couldn't get it right. SAD and this place isnt cheap. I live super close to this place, and I have to say I FRIGGIN LOVE IT! Fries are great. They do cook the burgers to order on the flat top, and I witnessed the burger chef holding up each burger over the grease drip tray for just a second before she plopped them on the bun. To me, this might just be her way of doing stuff, and it's not necessarily the company's method, but seeing her do that gave me a good feeling about this place. Basically, she cares. She cares about the finished product for the customer, and I really like that! The burger itself is very good, and the roll is super fresh. The complete package. I went with the grilled onions, Mayo, ketchup, and cheese on my burger. I'm sure anything you get will be awesome here, if this burger Chef Lady makes it! For me, it's a double-edged sword. I'm surprised at the overall rating. I think it is far too low. I ordered a double bacon burger, onion rings, and a "diet" coke. (Not sure how many calories I saved with that coke.) The service was better than expected. We ordered, and as it was a nice day, we went outsides to wait for our order. Our food was brought out to us, which we were not expecting. Staff were polite and accommodating. They sell beer, it's a small, but nice selection. At the time they had Blue Moon, Yeungling Lager, and Loose Cannon. They cover a good beer range. I ordered the Impossible burger and tater tots for delivery. The burger was mediocre and I had to stop eating the tots once I discovered a hard piece of plastic embedded in one of them. The food actually made me sick as well (i.e., nausea/vomiting). I ended up spending around $20 for a meal that was wildly overpriced given the quality of the food served. Ordered online tonight 12/17/2023 - ordered a double burger and only checked pickles and cheese. Ordered a double bacon burger and unchecked everything that was checked leaving just cheese checked. I asked for a refund, and he said no, he made it correctly. I asked how do I order 'plain' on the website, when the only thing I checked was cheese and unchecked everything else. He said he didn't know how on the website, and said he made it right way with cheese. Then he hung up on me. I called backed and asked for the manager's name (since he didn't give it to me the first call) and he said, "Yea, I'm the manager, Chris!" I asked if the owner was in (familiar with the couple that owns this franchise [at least Patty B.]) - he said no, and said do you want to come in and get a new burger? I said I didn't want to drive all the way back out there in the rain and again said, my ticket said, double burger with cheese. He said "I don't give a F*CK what your ticket said!" I was taking a minute or two to look at the menu when the lady rudely asks me, "are you going to order because we're trying to close early". Nice and clean inside, even the bathrooms. They make the food right as you order it, so it's fresh. Five guys burgers taste a little better in my opinion, but these are good too. We get to the counter and there is a limited menu but you can order any combination you want which expands the menu a bit. The server was very patient since this was our first time- we ordered our food and I requested onion rings fried and they perfected them!
