Ordered the Beastburger combo today and it arrived quickly (about 35 mins). Burger was very delicious. Beef tasted fresh made. Fries were average, a bit to much seasoning I thought so I'd go unseasoned next time. Would order again for sure. read more

The epitome of capitalism. They lure you in with deceiving photos claiming it's a smash burger but it is far from it. They pay reviewers on here to lie to you an say it's great food when it is by far one of the worst burgers I've ever had. Read the reviews and still went forward with the order thru DoorDash. Ordered the Chris's style burger and fries....food wasn't terrible but there was no bacon on it (says bacon on their menu), paid for extra cheese and there was only 1 piece of cheese on it, and there was not a lot of fries provided for the price. read more

They are a ghost kitchen inside Bertuccis. Their burger and fries were soggy and bland, not worth all the social media hype.

I've given this place 2 chances and it failed on both. The first time I ordered a Beast burger and seasoned Beast fries but they gave me 2 chicken sandwiches with regular fries. They took about an extra 40 minutes to prepare the food as well. The second time, I ordered a Beast burger and seasoned Beast fries, but the burger patties were burned, so the sandwich just tasted like burnt meat. The seasoned Beast fries were once again just regular seasoned fries. The prep and delivery time was better but the order was still wrong and burnt. Very disappointed. After 2 attempts, I think I'm done trying. read more

I wanted to do something special for my son since he is such a big fan of Mr. beast. I thought it would be nice to order some Mr. beast burger and surprise him with it today. I put specific instructions in the order due to my sons food allergies and they were not followed. After having to wait 20 minutes later than the original delivery time I was given by door dash, not the fault of Mr. beast burger I don't believe, I had to throw his burger away when it got here because it had all of the condiments on it I specifically requested there not be. I also ordered unseasoned fries with his burger and they came seasoned as well.With so many food allergies today it is very important to follow the instructions given in the order. If someone does not realize it there could be a serious reaction. They also did not provide the free collectors cup that I put the promo code in for either. All in all a waste of money and I feel it is a bad image for Mr. beast himself. read more

I work at a restaurant. I know it's been rough for food service businesses. I also know the addition of take out orders on top of regular orders can be stressful. But sending out burnt food and half cooked food is unacceptable. COVID or not you know someone doesn't give a crap about their job or anything if they're willing to burnt the fuck out of two burgers and still wrap and send that out as well as cool one side of a grill cheese and call it done. Gave them a few chances before deciding to write this review. I've ordered four times total, the first was way back when they were still doing the free souvenir cups with every order. First off, I have never received a smash style burger from them. Not one time I ordered. Regular burger patties labeled as smash burgers in the app. I convinced myself it was a fluke each time but I'm sure now it isn't. If you want a smash burger don't order this. Second, they forget things. Once it was the drink in the combo meal. Twice it was the cookie I added onto the combo meal. Third, after 4 orders I can confidently say that the food is just okay but for the price its terrible. I can spend less money and get better tasting food from sonic; if you compare against wayback burgers, five guys, or shake shack Mr.Beast Burger loses each battle. I heard that the local Bertucci's is where this food comes from (ghost kitchen) and I have no idea why a Pizza joint would be Mr. Beast's choice to prepare his food. The beast fries are probably the only thing I actually enjoyed from the menu. If you're in Bel Air or Towson, there are way too many great options for a burger to waste your money on this. read more
