We had a great time. Dana and her mom are AMAZING. They are fun and attentive and encouraging. Dana does a great job of teaching how to make staircases out of cheese, and salami flowers. At this point I feel like most of us have gone to Aldi and bought all the ingredients to make a decent charcuterie board, but you will totally learn how to take your boards to the next level, by paying attention to color and where the product was made, with one of these classes. The space is great, too. You can also get wine and sandwiches and cheeses, etc in the store - because it's important to know your ingredients before you introduce them to others.
