Kattya and all of the staff at Andina Driving School are industry experts and have been doing this for decades. Kattya helped me understand all the rules of the road and held my hand through all stages of licensure. I started off classes anxious because the traffic in Miami is overwhelming and to be honest, I didn't have much experience behind the wheel, coming from a city where I took public transit. Kattya assured me that all would be well and reminded me to breathe throughout my lessons. I signed up for a package of 25 hours, which I will tell you was enough for me to sink my teeth into and make me feel confident on the road. I do have to say that there was only one test administrator and he could only do 3 people per session. He needs a lot of help and the wait was rather long just to get the test while we waited outside in the heat. Thankfully it was under the plaza overhang. Could they not have more test administrators? The line also inside for the cashier was long and we were coming up to lunch time so the 4 cashiers may drop to 2. Let's see. So 9:15 appointment till 12 noon maybe with a printed license, we are hopeful. Online appointments are a waste of time because there aren't any even with a 3 month advance scheduling. Something very fishy as if teachers are blocking time slots for their students. I just think there needs to be an expedited system.
