By far, hands down the very BEST driving school in all of South Florida! My instructor, Kattya M…read more was patient, kind and so informative--eased any worry and jitters that I had prior to hitting the road. Kattya and all of the staff at Andina Driving School are industry experts and have been doing this for decades. Kattya helped me understand all the rules of the road and held my hand through all stages of licensure. I started off classes anxious because the traffic in Miami is overwhelming and to be honest, I didn't have much experience behind the wheel, coming from a city where I took public transit. Kattya assured me that all would be well and reminded me to breathe throughout my lessons. I signed up for a package of 25 hours, which I will tell you was enough for me to sink my teeth into and make me feel confident on the road. After passing my test successfully upon the first try, I still called Andina back and scheduled another 10 hours because I was planning on taking a cross-county road trip and wanted to feel extra prepared behind the wheel. I really cannot recommend Andina Driving School and of its staff enough. Kattya was patient, kind, more than diligent, empathetic and communicative. Catch me behind the wheel!

On top of having anxiety I also have an orthopedic disability that affects my hands greatly causing them to fuse & curl into fists (mitten deformity). Despite this setback Kattya and I explored various options to help navigate the steering wheel. On top of this, she was determined to help me reach my goal of obtaining my drivers license. In March 2024, I finally completed my goal and it was all thanks to her. I cannot express my level of gratitude I felt & it was all thanks to her! The best instructor ever, to this day I still use her tips to help me drive. Cannot recommend anyone better!!!

South Beach Driving School should have 6 STARS!!! My…read moredaughter did 16 hours with South Beach Driving School shortly after acquiring her learners permit. The instructor at the time, Jorge, was simply AWESOME. We then did 11 months of parental practice and supervised driving. Next my daughter did another six hours to prepare for her the drivers test. Another instructor, Ruben, was equally as AWESOME as the first instructor!!! My daughter received her license today but not before Juan (the owner) and Maria saved the day! My daughter and I had "issues" at the DMV!!! South Beach Driving School sends an employee to help with the process at the DMV. If not for the employee (Maria) my daughter would not have been allowed to take her drivers test and been forced to reschedule weeks in the future. But, (Juan / Maria) South Beach Driving School knew the rules and COMPLETELY rectified our 'situation'. Thanks Juan & South Beach Driving School!! My other daughter is DEFINITELY signing up with you!!!

I did the 1 day license because I already had a license from Italy, so this was the right thing for me, it is not really one day as with Covid they have to make all the appointments but, I got my license in less than a month. They will help you in getting it done quickly and without any problems, they will drive you back and forth for the tests and to the DMV if you need to, really an amazing service, I highly recommend them @southbeachdrivingschool

Staff was very helpful and courteous. My son was here to take his driving test with an appointment…read morethat has been rescheduled at various locations due to inclement weather. I do have to say that there was only one test administrator and he could only do 3 people per session. He needs a lot of help and the wait was rather long just to get the test while we waited outside in the heat. Thankfully it was under the plaza overhang. Could they not have more test administrators? The line also inside for the cashier was long and we were coming up to lunch time so the 4 cashiers may drop to 2. Let's see. So 9:15 appointment till 12 noon maybe with a printed license, we are hopeful. Online appointments are a waste of time because there aren't any even with a 3 month advance scheduling. Something very fishy as if teachers are blocking time slots for their students. I just think there needs to be an expedited system.

From the first email sent to the end of the course, this was an all around incredible experience:…read more The service: I emailed them several times with a wide range of questions that Jessie responded with helpful responses almost immediately. She was able to get me into a course on short notice and get all my questions resolved. The course: I had Rolly as an instructor. He made the course enjoyable and entertaining while stressing the rider basics and ensuring everyone understood the risks of riding. As he stressed: it's serious fun, serious because you can get injured and fun because hey, it's riding. The course was both classroom and motorcycle time, and he took the extra time to individually note our weak points and how to improve them. It was very hands on and he always was open for questions during or after the training. My only advice is ask questions, you're getting many many years of motorcycle knowledge with Rolly so take advantage of it. If you need to take the safety course I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks FMTND!

As far as the office that's where my problem is. Paramedics program is split into 2 terms academically. If you don't make it past midterms, you have to start with a new class which is fair. As far as financially the school splits there terms into 3. So if you start term 2 and don't complete it, you owe the school for all of the term 2. So I am a veteran and my benefits pay for what I attended. The school is now saying I owe them which in my opinion the school is stealing from veterans. There's my problem the school never explained that in full detail. That's why I wouldn't recommend the school to veterans.

I recently interviewed for a middle school teaching position and found the hiring process…read moredisappointing given the school's reputation for professionalism and excellence. After successfully completing the initial virtual interview, I was contacted by the Director of Recruitment to schedule a phone interview. However, the scheduled interview call was missed entirely, and after waiting, I ultimately had to locate and call the office myself. During the conversation, there appeared to be confusion regarding my candidacy and interview status. Despite this, the discussion itself went well, and I was informed that I would likely move forward to the next stage involving a teaching demonstration with faculty the following week. After receiving no follow-up communication regarding scheduling, I sent a polite reminder requesting the date and time so I could prepare accordingly. I later received a rejection email without any further discussion. I fully understand that schools may choose other candidates, and I respect that process. However, the scheduling issues, communication delays, and overall coordination of the interview experience felt disorganized and inconsistent with the professional image the institution presents publicly.

The administration and teachers made his transition very smooth. Teachers reward positive behavior and my son really adapted well, taking great pride in the improvements he made. The classical education model brooks no nonsense (please see the top ratings this school has earned) but it's certainly not austere in anyway. The kiddos love the school and love learned. And the teachers really make learning come alive. My son gets in the car bouncing up and down excited to share what he's learned of ancient history and loves testing me on the material! Literature/reading is augmented with a new special book every month that culminates in a fun event with snacks, crafts and enrichment activities based on the book. The children study CHESS in school twice a week from a grandmaster. This instructor's competence and love of the game earned him a place in my child's heart and in mine. This is especially true in the supportive environment at True North.

It took months to…read morebe able to receive a call back from the director and every time I would go in person I was always told she had "just left." I was finally able to tour the center, and I loved the layout of it and the activities the children were doing, the place was very peaceful when you walked in and everything seemed very put together. However, when tours are scheduled, I feel that people are always on their best behavior. I enrolled my kids in at the last minute and decided to drop them off in the middle of their day because I was running late that day. The toddler class was fine, and my son walked in happily. But when I handed my baby over to the infant class, I was completely disappointed. The teacher for the infant class was playing Cocomelon for the kids on her phone. A real Teacher would know that any screen time before the age of 18 months has detrimental effects on a child brain, especially shows like Cocomelon, which are designed to be addicted to babies and toddlers (literally, look it up.) I spoke to the director right away and informed her that I was not comfortable leaving my son in that class because the teacher was giving the babies screen time without the knowledge of the parents. The director said that she was not aware that this was happening and that it must've been a one time thing. However, when I asked the teacher why they were watching Cocomelon and she said that she used it as a transition for them to get ready to go to the park, which makes no sense. The director of the daycare was really nice and offered a trial week, but overall, I will not be enrolling my kids here simply for the fact that the teachers are doing things behind the directors back. Had it not been for that, I would've been happy to enroll my kids into this daycare as they had a lot of good programs for the kids.
