By far, hands down the very BEST driving school in all of South Florida! My instructor, Kattya M. was patient, kind and so informative--eased any worry and jitters that I had prior to hitting the road. Kattya and all of the staff at Andina Driving School are industry experts and have been doing this for decades. Kattya helped me understand all the rules of the road and held my hand through all stages of licensure. I started off classes anxious because the traffic in Miami is overwhelming and to be honest, I didn't have much experience behind the wheel, coming from a city where I took public transit. Kattya assured me that all would be well and reminded me to breathe throughout my lessons. I signed up for a package of 25 hours, which I will tell you was enough for me to sink my teeth into and make me feel confident on the road. After passing my test successfully upon the first try, I still called Andina back and scheduled another 10 hours because I was planning on taking a cross-county road trip and wanted to feel extra prepared behind the wheel. I started my lessons in August 2023 with Kattya & words cannot express how much of an amazing driving instructor she was. On top of having anxiety I also have an orthopedic disability that affects my hands greatly causing them to fuse & curl into fists (mitten deformity). Despite this setback Kattya and I explored various options to help navigate the steering wheel. On top of this, she was determined to help me reach my goal of obtaining my drivers license. I have made several attempts to discuss a partial refund with owner with no resolution. I paid for the 8 hour package and after just two (not even complete) lessons, my son was taken to DMV for exam and received his license. I have asked for refund for the hours that were not used. At first the owner had the driving instructor contact me directly, who asked if I had been unhappy with the lessons. The 1.45 hours in lessons were fine, just not what I paid for. In addition, our first lesson, nobody showed up and after contacting office the lessons were postponed. This happened more than once with very little notice. I understand there can be unforeseen circumstances but I should have been notified without having to contact them when nobody shows up after our start time. The driving instructor was kind and helpful however the customer service from the administration is lacking. read more

At first we were happy with the school until we came across this guy named Roberto Monzon and he asked us for money to get the appointment for my son's license. At first we thought that's how this worked because this school is supposed to be a professional school. When we arrived to the DMV we learned that the appointment was not made and called Mr Monzon several times under the sun and waited for a callback for like 4 hours, nothing. He didn't answer our calls or Whatsapps. We decided to call Mr. Carlo and he kept saying that whatever business we did with someone that has nothing to do with the school is our problem and even ended up threatening us. Guess what, they're brothers and Roberto asked us for money inside their property. So what was Mr. Monzon doing inside their property and sitting behind a desk like if he was an employee? Anyone could fall for that trap right? After reading the 1 star reviews I now know that he has done this to many many people and I want justice for all of us. I have all the evidence of what he did and if he doesn't give me my money back he will be in serious trouble. read more

This was my second attempt at driving test, and I'm super glad I chose their service. I'd already failed once before in another state. My instructor, Kattya, was super helpful. She never rushes you or anything. Kattya always made sure to move at a pace I was comfortable with and kept giving encouraging remarks throughout the learning process. Her tips and tricks are really helpful and she's very easy to communicate with. I tend to get nervous in Miami's traffic, but she made sure the lessons were always laid back and fun. The driving school, in general, is also very quick with their replies. They have an online payment option so you don't ever need to go to the office. Quite efficient at taking our money but less so when it came to the actual lessons. The instructor was great, when he showed up - which wasn't often. Arranging lessons was a challenge, and then when the day came the instructor several times either did not show up or came at the wrong time. This happened even before COVID, so that was not necessarily the problem. A frustrating experience overall. I think we are still owed a few lessons but it's not worth waiting around; we've wasted the whole summer and I'm switching my son to another school. read more

He told me that the soonest date they had for the driving test was a month away, I decided to wait since they told me they would give me my license right away. A month comes by and I go to the place, the doors are close, I decide to give them a call since my appointment was at 3:00 PM and no one picks up the phone, at this point I had lost hope. Here are my pros and the cons of working with Andina. PROS - Office Team is very professional and helpful - Very accomodating to my schedule, nights and weekend classes - Instructor was patient (good thing when you risk your life every day with non-drivers) - Instructor recommended more classes than the first 8hrs I had paid for, I really needed them (that's the pro) but I ended up not using all of them (that's the con) CONS - First, Third and Sixth lessons were cancelled - The instructor showed up with his kid (talk about risky and nerve racking for me) - The instructor asked me to pay him forward (or give him something) because his kid wanted an ice cream, self explanatory - Ice cream turned into a $18.00 bill at Publix. Deducted from final payment of course, but totally unprofessional - I had to take out my calculator before making final payment as the numbers did not add up. I paid for more classes than I received. In review, I passed my driving test but had A LOT of bad experiences during the process. They are definitively lacking some professionalism. read more
