Staff was very helpful and courteous. My son was here to take his driving test with an appointment that has been rescheduled at various locations due to inclement weather. I do have to say that there was only one test administrator and he could only do 3 people per session. He needs a lot of help and the wait was rather long just to get the test while we waited outside in the heat. Thankfully it was under the plaza overhang. Could they not have more test administrators? The line also inside for the cashier was long and we were coming up to lunch time so the 4 cashiers may drop to 2. Let's see. So 9:15 appointment till 12 noon maybe with a printed license, we are hopeful. Online appointments are a waste of time because there aren't any even with a 3 month advance scheduling. Something very fishy as if teachers are blocking time slots for their students. I just think there needs to be an expedited system. read more

Don't come to this place if you don't speak Spanish. I thought this place was decent the first time I went. I had to do a court ordered traffic school which was also time sensitive that could lead to the suspension of my license. The first person I spoke with was very helpful, we had an understanding that I will drop off the paperwork the next day, Saturday on my lunch break and pick up the certificate of completion. Again, very time sensitive. I got there at 11:30, there were a couple people waiting outside, the sign said OPEN but the door was locked and the sign said they will be back in 10 minutes. I waited, knowing that I am exceeding my lunch break and compromising my job because like I said, it is a time sensitive matter. We called the number to notify them that three people have been waiting for more than 20 minutes. The person who picked up did not speak Spanish and he was very rude over the phone. I then proceeded to ask the other two people waiting outside with me, to call, as they speak Spanish and I don't. The person kept saying he will be back soon but will not give an estimated time of arrival. That alone is already very unprofessional. To make it even worse he was very incoherent, almost like he has been drinking. I called again to make things clear, let him know about the situation I'm in, and see how he can help. To my surprise, he yelled and hung up the phone. I left and went back to work. SO i just wasted my time, my gas, and my energy just to be yelled at by someone who did not even understand English. Im a very chill person and I wouldn't even be writing this review had he taken the simplest decency to actually talk with me and not just yell and dismiss me. If this mishap leads to my license being suspended whoever the very rude person was, should be reprimanded. DONT COME HERE I just read some bad reviews over, and this older Cuban person should not be working here. He is very bad for business and he makes the establishment and the other people who are actually good at their job, look bad. Just a suggestion from a very dissatisfied customer. read more

My son has been taking classes off and on with one of their instructors, Arianna, she has always been very nice, punctual and helpful with my son. I texted her last night to see if she had any openings for today as I wanted my son to practice his driving skills one more time before the test. Unfortunately, she was booked; however, she recommended another co-worker. It was close to 10:00 p.m. last night but I was desperate and texted Tony to see if by any chance they can accommodate my son before his appointment of 2:30 p.m. today. After a few minutes of not getting a reply, I resigned to think that what ever will be will be. But then, a reply came through with the words "Don't worry, be at the traffic school at 7:00 a.m. for practice. We were there before 7:00 a.m. this morning, the greeted us warmly, they were very nice to both my son and I. I forgot to mention that the fee covered the practice test and the loan of their car for the actual driving test. Well, to make a long story short, my son passed, after having failed the parking portion in the past. I am so glad that they were able to help us at the last minute. I definitely recommend this school, they are also right next door to the Driver's License Bureau, if you live in the Kendall area. read more

I am very happy I found this driving school for my teenage daughter, the cost for the lessons are reasonable and the best is the driving instructor named Sara, she was amazing ! , so dedicated , always on time, showed she likes her job, she helped my daughter a lot teaching her all she needed to get her license. I took the practice test and later the actual driving exam with them. The lady at the desk was very sweet and informative. However, the older Cuban man who took me on the practice test was extremely rude. He asked me a question in Spanish using words that I had never heard of. I asked him to repeat it and define the words and he seemed very bothered by it. He gave me a hard time and he wasn't even explaining the question correctly. When I answered the question, he kept acting like what I was saying was wrong when in fact later he confirmed that it was correct. He offended me numerous times and made the whole experience uncomfortable and nerve wrecking, so in turn my driving wasn't too good. Instead of talking to me calmly and kindly, he was rash and disrespectful. I'm not going to mention what he said exactly on here but I am planning on calling their office and complaining. Thankfully, when I went ahead and took the driving test, the woman who drove with me was VERY kind and calm. She barely even made me nervous and I passed the exam easily. Please don't have someone like that man working for you... Someone like him is bad for your business when all he did was make me feel humiliated and nervous. read more
