I really appreciate how personalized and patient the instruction was. This wasn't just about checking a box; it genuinely improved my driving skills. After using this company for our other kids, referring customers, and finally calling them for another kid, they have switched up. We paid for a package of personal lessons, and had an instructor cancel as the last minute. The class was re-scheduled, then the instructor reportedly showed up to the pick up location at a certain time and left at a certain time. Surveillance cameras showed otherwise. Then the driver reportedly texted the student, which was also untrue. Clearly, they are operating under a different business model. Waiting on a refund now. Would certainly NOT recommend AB AUTO DRIVING and Traffic School.

She made me feel comfortable driving and gave me the confidence to finally get on the road. I took 6 hours of lessons for about a month. Prior to booking lessons with Continental I had made it clear that I had a New York State permit. I received false information letting me know that everything will be fine with the permit and that I would be able to book and take my test with my New York State permit. I made sure to inquire about this as to not waste my time or the company's time. After taking my lessons, my test was booked and no additional information/instructions given. I arrived early to the test site and waited for the person administrating the test to arrive. When I was going to fill the forms to get started, I presented the gentleman with my New York State Permit only to be denied. I let him know that I was not told that I needed a Florida permit in order to take the test and that I was misled into thinking I'd be able to take my drivers test that morning. The lack of clarity from the company is abhorrent and a money grabbing scheme. At this point, I was hysterical because 1) I spent money on transportation to get to school 2) I had wasted my morning waiting for nothing and he offered me no solutions 3) the man continued to argue with me saying that I heard the wrong information. I am not in the business of wasting my time or anybody else's time so why would I book an appointment if I did not have the correct documentation for the test? Instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience he caused, he continued to argue with to tell me I heard wrong and calling me a liar. I ended up getting refunded for the test but this review is about the lack of clarity & communication from this driving school. Calling a client a liar & not admitting your mistakes is horrible customer service. I implore you to take a course in providing great customer service as to not lose future customers. This information should be on the driving schools website as to not mislead future drivers. Although I was satisfied with my classes, I would never recommend this school to anybody I know just based off the interaction I had on the day I was supposed to take my driving lesson. Editing review to add: Even the response from the owner is abhorrent. He continues to try place blame on the situation instead of using this as a learning moment for himself and for his company. After reviewing other websites for driving school in the area, I conclude that Continentals website did not provide clear information and that when asked the owner intentionally provided me with misinformation. I am well aware of what is stated on the Florida DMV website & I never stated that Continental made the rules as I understand how rules work.

Within minutes they were on 195, on the left lane (third lesson ever for a 15 year old, what were they doing on the left?) when the car experienced more malfunctions with the windshield wipers turning on, and shortly after the car simply stopped. They were stranded on the left service lane for around an hour. The instructor called Ubers but they couldn't stop on the left. My wife went looking for them but also only checked the right lane as it is obviously where they should have been. Eventually they had to run across the highway to get the uber on the right. Yes mechanical failures may happen but what is absurd here is that the car had mechanical problems and the instructor was well aware of it *before* the lesson started. Yet he still had her on 195 on the fast lane. This entire episode was *extremely* unsafe. I asked for my money back and the school refused! I had to use the credit for another lesson (in which the report was never sent).

Kattya and all of the staff at Andina Driving School are industry experts and have been doing this for decades. Kattya helped me understand all the rules of the road and held my hand through all stages of licensure. I started off classes anxious because the traffic in Miami is overwhelming and to be honest, I didn't have much experience behind the wheel, coming from a city where I took public transit. Kattya assured me that all would be well and reminded me to breathe throughout my lessons. I signed up for a package of 25 hours, which I will tell you was enough for me to sink my teeth into and make me feel confident on the road. After passing my test successfully upon the first try, I still called Andina back and scheduled another 10 hours because I was planning on taking a cross-county road trip and wanted to feel extra prepared behind the wheel. I really cannot recommend Andina Driving School and of its staff enough. Kattya was patient, kind, more than diligent, empathetic and communicative. Catch me behind the wheel!
