After using this company for our other kids, referring customers, and finally calling them for another kid, they have switched up. they take you 30 minutes before your actual driving test to practice behind the wheel, but what I found odd and weird was that I did fine on the practice part but not even 5 minutes into the actual exam I was told that I failed and proceeded to drive back to the office where they told me to make another appointment with them and expected me to spend another $165.... waste of money so no thanks. Mind you, they also switch cars on you so once you get used to one car and how the breaks and gas works, they change the car. waste of time. went to the dmv the next day and passed and Got my license with no issues and I don't remember anyone being able to change the Way they drive within a day... dmv is always busy but it's better then this. even taking the test through this school you still have to go to the dmv to get your actual license and I wish I knew this before I spent my money. read more

I am giving one star because the cero chance star does not exist, the person who test me named Phillips Morales was rude, a smoker, no A/C on the car, he makes people fail just May be to charge again, or problems with females, the manager can not talk by phone with the clients and didn't answer my email with my concern, I waited 24 hours and I retook the practice test fast and easy in a different school in Hialeah. I do not recommend you to GO TO 24 hours traffic and driving school unless you would like to waste your time, money and get a horrible moment. Mellisa Guerra is the un respectful manager that never answered my email and have no time to speak to clients. read more

I visited this office to complete a 4-hour traffic school course required by the state for a speeding ticket. What would usually be a unpleasant experience was a walk in the park with the help from Melissa! She has deep knowledge into traffic law and made the course a positive experience. She walked me through every step of the process and was a huge help. I was in a bit of a time crunch (could not take time off work to visit) and she worked really hard to convene with my schedule. I suggest this place to anyone who I currently going through traffic-related issues! read more

Melissa from 24 hour traffic school was spectacular! I live in NJ but my daughter lives in Hialeah Gardens Florida and Melissa made it so easy for me to schedule my daughter and make the payment! THE WORST! They will lie to you to get your money! YOU pay 200 bucks only to have to go to the DMV and have your kid retake the driving test and wait for hours!!!! A JOKE! and waste of time. You might as well go and wait there. Plan a full day of waiting. If they do not trust these schools then what is the POINT!!! This school charges too much to have this happen and they need to make sure that you get what you pay for and I DID NOT! read more

He was very nice, patient, answered my questions and was informative. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. My daughter completed 8 hours of driving lessons with them since she had already done some with me. Miriana and Jonathan were both driving instructors for my daughter. She completed her lessons with them and then I got her the exam package and she passed on first try. I highly recommend them!

This review is solely based on the quality of service I received the day I was supposed to take the…read moredrivers test. The service & driving lessons I received by Shetty were phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable driving and gave me the confidence to finally get on the road. I took 6 hours of lessons for about a month. Prior to booking lessons with Continental I had made it clear that I had a New York State permit. I received false information letting me know that everything will be fine with the permit and that I would be able to book and take my test with my New York State permit. I made sure to inquire about this as to not waste my time or the company's time. After taking my lessons, my test was booked and no additional information/instructions given. I arrived early to the test site and waited for the person administrating the test to arrive. When I was going to fill the forms to get started, I presented the gentleman with my New York State Permit only to be denied. I let him know that I was not told that I needed a Florida permit in order to take the test and that I was misled into thinking I'd be able to take my drivers test that morning. The lack of clarity from the company is abhorrent and a money grabbing scheme. At this point, I was hysterical because 1) I spent money on transportation to get to school 2) I had wasted my morning waiting for nothing and he offered me no solutions 3) the man continued to argue with me saying that I heard the wrong information. I am not in the business of wasting my time or anybody else's time so why would I book an appointment if I did not have the correct documentation for the test? Instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience he caused, he continued to argue with to tell me I heard wrong and calling me a liar. I ended up getting refunded for the test but this review is about the lack of clarity & communication from this driving school. Calling a client a liar & not admitting your mistakes is horrible customer service. I implore you to take a course in providing great customer service as to not lose future customers. This information should be on the driving schools website as to not mislead future drivers. Although I was satisfied with my classes, I would never recommend this school to anybody I know just based off the interaction I had on the day I was supposed to take my driving lesson. Editing review to add: Even the response from the owner is abhorrent. He continues to try place blame on the situation instead of using this as a learning moment for himself and for his company. After reviewing other websites for driving school in the area, I conclude that Continentals website did not provide clear information and that when asked the owner intentionally provided me with misinformation. I am well aware of what is stated on the Florida DMV website & I never stated that Continental made the rules as I understand how rules work.
