Keep in mind this is at 620 in the morning when it's still very dark outside. After turning to leguene rd, he made an improper lane change before continuing to speed. It was a positive experience for my daughter, she enjoyed the lessons & the instructors were professional. The instructor at the time, Jorge, was simply AWESOME. We then did 11 months of parental practice and supervised driving. Next my daughter did another six hours to prepare for her the drivers test. Another instructor, Ruben, was equally as AWESOME as the first instructor!!! My daughter received her license today but not before Juan (the owner) and Maria saved the day! My daughter and I had "issues" at the DMV!!! South Beach Driving School sends an employee to help with the process at the DMV. If not for the employee (Maria) my daughter would not have been allowed to take her drivers test and been forced to reschedule weeks in the future. Pedro helped me feel confident to drive and guided me on how to exactly pass my road test on my first try. He really helped me feel at ease behind the wheel. After a couple of lessons with Pedro, practicing driving on the I-95 a couple of times too, he told me I was ready for the exam. It was a bit of a pain to schedule the exam (entirely issues on my end), but Sylvio was so patient and helpful in finding work arounds for a time and place that worked for me to take the exam. He picked me up super early so that we could practice a bit before taking my exam, which I think helped me feel better. I passed my exam on the first try! I cannot recommend them enough-- they are absolutely wonderful.

I called Silvio and they returned my call within the hour. They had appointments at 7 AM which really worked well they took payment via Zell or cash app check credit card convenient. I ask my son each and every time and every time he stated that he learned something new turning the car gauging the distance understanding how to break within distance of another vehicle. Altogether we took two hours for five days. Including booking to get the license and using the car at the DMV. They are very responsive response to text messaging late at night like eight 9 PM are always responding to any concerns or calls or questions extremely professional very courteous. My son got his drivers license and he is very happy and I'm proud of him they did an excellent job in teaching him confidence in driving a vehicle. I highly recommend this company

This review is solely based on the quality of service I received the day I was supposed to take the…read moredrivers test. The service & driving lessons I received by Shetty were phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable driving and gave me the confidence to finally get on the road. I took 6 hours of lessons for about a month. Prior to booking lessons with Continental I had made it clear that I had a New York State permit. I received false information letting me know that everything will be fine with the permit and that I would be able to book and take my test with my New York State permit. I made sure to inquire about this as to not waste my time or the company's time. After taking my lessons, my test was booked and no additional information/instructions given. I arrived early to the test site and waited for the person administrating the test to arrive. When I was going to fill the forms to get started, I presented the gentleman with my New York State Permit only to be denied. I let him know that I was not told that I needed a Florida permit in order to take the test and that I was misled into thinking I'd be able to take my drivers test that morning. The lack of clarity from the company is abhorrent and a money grabbing scheme. At this point, I was hysterical because 1) I spent money on transportation to get to school 2) I had wasted my morning waiting for nothing and he offered me no solutions 3) the man continued to argue with me saying that I heard the wrong information. I am not in the business of wasting my time or anybody else's time so why would I book an appointment if I did not have the correct documentation for the test? Instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience he caused, he continued to argue with to tell me I heard wrong and calling me a liar. I ended up getting refunded for the test but this review is about the lack of clarity & communication from this driving school. Calling a client a liar & not admitting your mistakes is horrible customer service. I implore you to take a course in providing great customer service as to not lose future customers. This information should be on the driving schools website as to not mislead future drivers. Although I was satisfied with my classes, I would never recommend this school to anybody I know just based off the interaction I had on the day I was supposed to take my driving lesson. Editing review to add: Even the response from the owner is abhorrent. He continues to try place blame on the situation instead of using this as a learning moment for himself and for his company. After reviewing other websites for driving school in the area, I conclude that Continentals website did not provide clear information and that when asked the owner intentionally provided me with misinformation. He was very nice, patient, answered my questions and was informative. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. My daughter completed 8 hours of driving lessons with them since she had already done some with me. Miriana and Jonathan were both driving instructors for my daughter. They helped her gain much more confidence in her driving and I could tell the difference when I'd let her drive my car. She completed her lessons with them and then I got her the exam package and she passed on first try. I highly recommend them!
