You don't know this until you start the course but once you start the course they refuse to refund the fee. They collected money from my daughter and almost one month now no training, no tutor, no calls to follow up on it. I would not recommend the driving school to anyone. Signed up with them because they claimed to have weekend driving lessons. They are short staffed and the instructor they stuck us with decided she did not want to work weekends. When we called the office, they said she should be working weekends. The office was no help in getting this resolved and when we attempted to schedule weekday lessons and had to cancel, they forfeited 2 out of our 5 lessons. Do NOT use this school. Tried to resolve for 2 weeks, and now they are hanging up when we call. So much for 'great customer service by email, phone or chat'. Hello Metro Traffic I was supposed to start the DUI-Level II Course yesterday at 6pm at your Oakland location (3726 West Oakland Park Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale 33311) and your instructor didn't let me in even though I knocked in the door numerous times. I arrived at the office at 6pm not a minute later and I can prove it. I noticed that I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes earlier but it was impossible. I live in Hollywood and I left a quarter to 5pm since I was working and it took me 1:15 minutes to get to this location since traffic was very heavy and I had to find a friend to drive me there. I just want you to understand that in my previous class with you you I had another very sour incident. Basically you made my pay the course twice. When I called to enroll in the DUI class I spoke to one one of your receptionists and she told me that I needed to take DUI level I and when I showed up for the class I was told that I was in the wrong class and that I needed to take level II So I had to re-enroll in Level II and pay the entire course again since I wasn't refunded for the payment of the DUI Level neither was I given any credit. This time I will not tolerate this and I will bring this matter to whoever I need to-DMV, Court-wherever but this is Unacceptable. I will go to the class today at 1:15pm to see if hopefully the instructor let me in today. If not, I will contact you...I called you yesterday a few times-1st time at 6:05 pm while I was outside the office knocking at the door ...I am calling Ray Graves today and I'll speak to him regarding this matter to see what can be done...In addition I am filing a formal complaint with the State of Florida Dept of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles as well since this is bad business practice to say the least. I was looking to enroll both my teenagers in driving lessons. The receptionist spat out that I should pay online ($579 for each package) and wait for them to call me to schedule the lessons. Um, what if they can't fit the lessons into the times my kids are available? She said "eventually it'll work out". What if they don't have English speaking instructors? Can I meet the instructor and pay for one lesson before paying for the full package? She laughed and said they don't do that. No, thanks, I've read the reviews. I'll keep my $579 x 2 and pay for lessons with a company that has better customer service and understands that paying in full without meeting anyone that'll be providing the lessons is ridiculous! read more

This place has the worst customer service!!!!! The following are facts, not a characterization or a sob story: 1. They provide wrong address (or an address that does not appear in GPS). 2. When called for directions, they describe wrong location. 3. A 15 minutes ride turned into a 1 hour hunt. When I arrived, half hour later than appointed time, the door was closed with a sing. 4. There were other 3 customers at the door in my same situation. 5. I called again to reschedule and the person hung up because I was telling her, very politely, that they were giving wrong info. 6. I kept calling to reschedule for about 20 mins. They didn't answer the phones. I hung up after being on hold for over 12 mins on 2 distinct lines (I called from 2 different lines). 7. I am not a forced customer, my license and record are in great standing. I was just trying to help my mom get her drivers learning permit. Use this service at your own (high) risk. read more

Your facts are incorrect, your manager Annie spoke with me on Tuesday, I called Wednesday she forgot that we spoke. When I called the other manager was told she was on personal errand called back numerous times!as I had to chase her down. Lastly bob the manger had to call him 3x before I got him on the phone. He called me the wrong name after a 20 minute conversation then text me the wrong price. Lastly bob canceled our last 2 hours in error then staff wanted to charge me more money. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. They signed me into the wrong class. Midway through the class they told me I was in the wrong class and are not going to give me credit for the right class. This place is stealing money from people who are just trying to carry on with their lives. The class you take their is also a joke. They get a probation officer who gives u a piece of paper with elementary questions on it and have you sit there looking at the paper for an hour and a half every week. Gilbert L answer is laughable. First while I was arrested for DUI, it was reduced to reckless driving with adjudication withheld. So no criminal record and I have my license. My only crime was going to that fake school that is supposedly non profit but the owner is living large. Anyway I dare them to provide anyone with video about my conduct. The girl at the front desk is named Veronica Sanchez and was very nice. I didn't illegally record phone conversations. Nor did I state anything but the truth. Yet Gilbert "the liar" L*** tries to paint me as a menace. Funny what other agencies could he be speaking about??? He tried to smooth talk me into removing the review and that didn't work. I have never ever seen such a scam of a business. He tried to play all friendly; he's a Puerto Rican guy from New Jersey. How do I know this? Because he opened up to me while he tried to sweet talk me into removing the review. He even tried the " this company is how I feed my family". Sorry not my problem. Maybe try honesty. Read the other reviews. What is he going to say, we are all troubled? The only trouble is this company having a license to conduct these interviews. My daughter had a driving lesson with Kimberley. Kimberley was very flexible with time slots and we scheduled a time easily. She is very friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. Kimberly taught my daughter all the skills necessary to pass her drivers test, and she gave my daughter the tools to be a confident and cautious driver. I highly recommend Kimberley. Absolutely wonderful. My driving instructor, Angelita, was patient, respectful and genuinely funny. I had four 2-hour classes with her and she came to my home, I didn't have to go anywhere, which was great, on top of the school providing a car for you to practice what you for license examination; or if you just want to be a better driver, like myself, then Angelita along with the Metro Traffic School would be able to provide. Metro provided my son with first time driving lessons and The Drug and Alcohol course. The staff was efficient and professional. I had limited expectations based on the reviews here on yelp, but to my pleasant surprise the experience was great! I will say I was not looking forward to my teen getting on a car without a family member, but in the end it was the best scenario for all of us. Hi, I picked metro traffic school to do my DUI school. I have a court order to do DUI school one in writing. And the lady at the front desk signed me up. I did the course and went to do my evaluation. When going to sign up for the evaluation they told me I had to do the DUI school 2 and they would not give me my certificate. I told them and showed them what the judge put down in writing and they said it did not matter. Then I asked "why would the lady at the front desk sign me up for that course then?" The response I got was "she is new she should of known better". To compromise I said "can I take the $350 I paid and put it towards the $850 you want now ?" they said no. So they refused what the judge said, openly admitted the woman was new and made a mistake, and had so empathy to try and rectify the situation. I contacted my attorney who is battling with them to get this resolved and it's been months now. These people are scammers, rude , and have no empathy. Go anywhere except metro traffic school. read more

In two short lessons with Amy, my daughter has already gained confidence, to the point of being excited about not only her next lesson, but about trying to drive on her own. Let me start with saying the DUI course that I attended was made simple and easy. I had no problem with that course except for the strict rules of missing classes. I had a guy in my class who had missed a class because his wife went into labor and he had to start the program over and pay all over, that should be some sort of accepted reason to miss a class. They say that everyone does not get counseling after the DUI course but after my experience and interaction with other people attending the course everyone got counseling and I can assure you everyone did not need it. Then I called to confirm some information and I was received with just awful customer service. The lady on the other end did not want to listen to what I was saying as she constantly interrupted me telling. Then after I finally finished speaking to her I was still being nice and was just saying "Thank you. Goodbye, have a nice day." She hung up on me mid sentence. In total my experience was pretty awful and the whole program felt like a scam that was trying to get my money at every turn. I gave two stars because the class itself was quite easy to deal with, it was everything else that came along with it, be it the customer service or overall feel of their rules, that made the experience as a whole awful.This review is not regarding the general school but my experience with them through customer service and the DUI Program. read more
