This Wawa in Wyomissing is hard used so that equals a lot of people. And I don't know where these patrons are from but it's kind of crazy in there. Also, it needs a good cleaning. We often go to another Wawa several miles away just because the experience is better. read more

This WaWa is a joke! The Men's restroom has a sink where the automatic faucet barely releases any cold water. So you can't even wash your hands properly! Somebody in the WaWa organization, decided that they would save a ton of money, by installing a sink faucet that only drips cold water for their customers! And if that's not bad enough, you then try to dry your hands on their electric hand blow dryer, and it nearly blasts you out of the room!! We were their victims. They colluded with Matos towing company to scalp No King protestors who may have been WAWA patrons, but were also part of the protest held for only an hour and a half. WAWA got more business in that time period from the protesters, and yet they called the police (or colluded with the police) to send out tow trucks full fleet. At least 3 tow trucks were there at one time to pick up vehicles, and wait or loiter around for owners to come back to their car and pay them $180, cash only. Those trucks took up more space and time than any car they picked. They pointed to WAWA signs (which actually did not meet PA requirements to post at entrances and exits in large metallic letters about towing). They did not provide police numbers that authorized their towing for each car. One young woman was in tears and had to come up with the money. Yes, protesters, greed in America is alive and thriving. Definitely a rough start. A week ago today, the 11th Wawa in Berks County opened in West Reading to much fanfare. As is tradition, visitors could pick up a free coffee, which undoubtedly came as a welcome prospect with temperatures dipping into the low-twenties. Did we need this Wawa? Eh, probably not. I mean, there are now five Wawas in a five square mile radius. If you're obsessed with their coffee and sandwiches, then sure, you're probably thrilled. But there was a bit of an outcry when this location was first announced, with many residents claiming the last thing West Reading needed was another corporate gas station chain eyesore. Admittedly, I'm firmly a Wawa enthusiast, with their round-the-clock hours a perfect response to my 2 a.m. hoagie cravings. Sadly, the food department is severely lacking at this stage. First, the menu is awfully limited, with staples such as cheesesteaks missing entirely. There are also key ingredients, like raw onions, not available with no estimated timetable on when they'd return. There would be times when this location would not appear in the Wawa app at all, and when it did, prices would not appear in the cart. Instead, you'd get a message saying "We're sorry! Tax amount is temporarily unavailable. When you pick up and pay at the store, tax will be added at the register." The problem is, not even the base price was showing up, so you'd have no idea what you were going to have to pay until you actually showed up at the store. It really defeated the whole point of using the app. Service was also extremely slow, but I attribute that to being short staffed due to the holidays. On a positive note, gas prices here are relatively low. Today, regular gas was sitting at $2.49 per gallon while all other Wawas just a few miles down the road in various directions were selling it for $2.66 per gallon. This could be perhaps an "introductory" rate and the price could normalize within a few weeks, but for now you might as well take advantage of the huge disparity. read more

Absolutely love this location. It's never a lot of people in at one time, store is always clean and very speedy service when ordering food and beverages. My favorite way to order is through the app so that when I get there I can just pick up my order, pay and go. They now offer curbside pickup, which I haven't tried yet. Very convenient and I've never waited in a long line. Everything is always fully stocked and the employees are very friendly & helpful. read more

Third shift people are so incompetent at this Wawa... employee can't even operate a cash register, ask for manager, and he is as poorly educated on how to operate a cash register , let alone manage or operate store .... ‍ read more

I love this wawa for the most part all of the employees are very nice and are very helpful. However, if you have FELIX on drink you might as well leave.... He is so rude to me and all my friends every time we see him and he screws up our order just about every time. You might as well leave without it cause he probably didn't make it right anyway read more
