Stopped here for lunch bc truly i didn't want to eat alone at a regular restaurant and Wawa is one of the comfort style food sources in the Western Hemisphere. Food was very good and the sub was properly filled and dressed. Went with the turkey and cheese, along with a Diet Pepsi to wash it down. Not going to lie, I do think very highly of gas stations with good food. I come from Pennsylvania where unfortunately we don't have Wawas. As I lived in Ocean City for a little over 3 months and have visited more times than I can count, Wawa has been one of my go-to options when I'm in a pinch for time or money or a combination of both. When it comes to made-to-order food, quality and price are my biggest factors. We have Sheetz up north and in the past I've been asked whether I think Sheetz or Wawa is better. This question is harder than anything I saw on a college exam, and I'm still not sure of the answer. Both have their benefits, but Wawa's subs are fantastic. I love their chicken salad and their roasted chicken, and they have tons of choices for toppings. I think the last time my toppings were roasted peppers, a good chipotle sauce, and some spinach. For a foot-long sub, prices are fair. Slightly cheaper than Sheetz here, so they've got my vote on that one. Aside from the made-to-order food, Wawa has basically everything that any other gas station or small convenience store would have. The prices are pretty good on the Wawa brand things, so no complaints here from me. Employees have always been nice during my visits on my commute into work and every time I've visited during a vacation trip, so I've got nothing but good things to say about Wawa. If you need a fast meal and you don't want to spend an arm and a leg, this is the place to go! read more

Anytime I am near a Wawa I must STOP!! This place is a must stop kinda place. I thoroughly enjoy ordering food and smoothies from the kiosk. Their coffee is so delicious and they provide so many different flavors and kinds if coffee as well as creamers. The prices are just right, you get a good deal for your money. I always love the western sourdough breakfast sandwich which hits those tastebuds in all the right places. The subs are also delicious...fresh bread and ingredients! The smoothies are a must!! They also offer warm pretzels which I just tried for the first time and man o man!!!! The cheddar is banging as well as the cream cheese stuffed one!!! I want to start this post by saying I'm a certified "Yinzer", living in the middle of Sheetz country near Altoona, PA. However, WaWa makes Sheetz look like a side show at a carnival. I have now had their coffee, their gas, and more sandwiches than I can count. Their Italian sourdough, the turkey hoagie, their Roast Beef Club sandwiches, and their salads are all incredibly tasty, toasted to perfection, and always fresh. While I know this review is for this location, I can't say enough about all the Wawa's I have visited. This location was particularly busy, but they still served up hot and delicious food quickly and with their smile. I can't recommend this place highly enough, and will definitely frequent it during my beach vacation in OCMD! read more

As far as convenience stores in the area are concerned, this usually boasts the lowest price for gas in the vicinity. The have free air to pump tires, though it can be 3 or 4 cars deep at times. The food is average, the coffee good, and the store is usually stocked well. read more

Decided to get an iced macchiato as I had a long drive to DC and needed some caffeine. I selected "almond milk" to go in the drink as I am lactose intolerant. Well about 20 minutes into my drive, I discovered that I most definitely did not receive almond milk and felt as the aptly named Pooh Bear says, "rumbly in my tumbly". I had to drive with both windows down so as to not suffocate myself. The car behind me careened off the bay bridge to escape the stench emanating from my vehicle. I think I even killed a group of kids walking home from school. My poor boyfriend couldn't sleep in the same room as me. The only reason wawa gets two stars is because there was another one on the way that I was able to stop and unleash the contents of my body in. Best Wawa ever. Hungry? Get some food. Bored? Hang out on the side with your pals. The employees are so nice. One time I was drunk and I was buying donuts, I was short $1.06.
