Last few times my experience has been excellent. Management has been on the ball as this location…read moreis run impressively well. Workers were cleaning each table and floor...it was very clean. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious. Condiments were well stocked and nice choices. It is a very busy location and as we sat at a window table near the drive through we could see the very busy line of cars move at a steady good pace. It is a pleasure to have a fast food restaurant where employees seem happy and you feel your business is appreciated. Plus, I love their cob salad.

While my kids and I really enjoy this place for a quick and delicious meal, their order accuracy is…read morefrequently poor. It seems like every other drive through order is either wrong or missing items. The kids get all excited about Chik Fil A and by the time you get home and see the wrong order, everyone is bummed out. Then what are you going to do? Drive back and wait for a replacement? Or spend 10 minutes on the phone? Neither option is very fun or practical and what is supposed to be a big convenience is now a pain. Ordering in store is problematic at times too. For example, I recently ordered a Cobb Salad with grilled nuggets and got a Market Salad with cold chicken. When I mentioned it, they then gave me a sad looking Southwest Salad with grilled nuggets. By the way, neither of these is a Cobb Salad with grilled nuggets, which doesn't seem to be that complicated of an order. Nonetheless, the staff couldn't seem to get it right. The guys and girls that work here are actually quite nice and the company is very customer oriented, so I'm not understanding the disconnect between all that good stuff and the low accuracy order fulfillment. Whatever the reason may be, it certainly makes us stop by less than we have in the past.

Five Guys is absolutely the best place to get burgers bar none. I am on a low carb diet, and they…read morehave no issues putting the burgers in a bowl as opposed to buns if you like it that way. Also, they have a great selection of toppings that are fresh. In full disclosure my son is a shift leader here, and he tells me that the food is so fresh, they do not even have a freezer in the store. The burgers are juicy and cooked to perfection (although I like rare burgers, but places cannot really make them that way due to food safety laws). Their service is fantastic and everyone is very friendly. Since everything is made fresh, you do have to wait a little while longer to get your food. The bottom line is when I want a burger and am out and about, Five Guys is my go to choice.

Five Guys opened last week where SaladWorks used to be. Brand spanking new in its logo red and white, with sacks of peanuts stacked in the middle of the floor, the excellent, but messy standard two patty sandwich with all free accessories, come in at $9.35+ on sesame seed bun. The spill over fries are outrageous, with the smallest cup capable of feeding three people. Shakes are also customizable, but although delectable, are just too sweet for a healthy drink. Their app works well, so ordering from home or on the road is easy. It is well laid out and allows you to set the time you want to pick up the order in 15 minute increments. I was able to order two separate bags to allow me to simply drop off one at my son's work, and take the other home for the rest of us. Best of all, the fries and shakes are not prepared until walking in to the store, so the fries are hot and crisp and the shakes are cold and well mixed without a chance to settle out. Nice, well thought out touch. Price is admittedly an issue, and it's not just a matter of choosing between 5G and the notch lower faster food versions. If equivalent, these guys would win every time, but for most of us some times of the month the extra cost is out of reach and the cheaper alternatives are good enough and will have to do. Regardless of all that, Five Guys is a great new neighbor!
