I have had nothing but trouble at this Rite Aid with what normally should be a very simple task. There are usually delays and several other weird/strange problems, and I just have had to put up with this. However, the last time I picked up the pills, I noted only 11 pills were filled. I had no verbal or written explanation for this. I stopped in to the store the next day and asked the manager Joseph, and Bijal, the female pharmacist (from India ? ), for a written explanation. Even though I requested face to face a written explanation, so far I have had no verbal or written explanation whatsoever. I happened to read an article about pharmacists who steal drugs/medications and am placing the link here. I plan to file a complaint with the local police and I will go to the top if necessary. I suggest that people start counting the pills they they are paying for, they might be surprised at what they find. Be wary and stay away from this very bad pharmacy. Appointments are required, but easily obtained through their website. All you need to provide is name and address, health insurance information (if insured) and knowledge of the shots you want. Scheduling is handled directly on that site, with location convenient to you offered as alternatives. Once selected, the available dates/times are shown and you click the best for your needs. Mine was made for the following week. Upon arrival, I checked in with the pharmacy, showed my photo ID, vaccination history card and health insurance information, answered a few questions about Covid symptoms or exposure and took a seat. Within minutes, a pharmacist approached, introduced herself, and took me to a small private room where the injections were quickly given. I had two that day. Bandaids were applied to protect the tiny wound and I was out the door. No significant side effects that evening nor the next day, except for minor discomfort at the injection site. No fuss. No muss. My only suggestion would be that they make an effort to make that room more comfortable, because it appeared they were still using it for storage in addition to seeing patients.

Someone needs to adjust the program to see when the last prescription (when there are multiple refills) was filled. I get constant texts that say your prescriber needs to be contacted when there's refills due in 20 days. The medications are for every 30 days and the program try's to refill several of my prescriptions within 10 days. Very annoying. I would love to opt out but it works when the script is truly due!

They go above and beyond what a good pharmacy will do, and tell you it is no problem, even when you know it has to be. The other people who work there are amazing, too. The woman who stocks the store is the best, if they don't have it, she will get it. If you are too sick and can't make it to the pharmacy, they will bring it to you.
